I popped into this location last night to show a friend two lip products I’ve been loving. One was the glaze craze by Laneige so we were standing in front of that fixture when a female cast member approached asking if we needed assistance. Having worked at Sephora years ago, I’m very familiar with the brands and am aware that not all brands are carried in each store so I simply asked where the Ole Henriksen display was and the cast member very snootily replied, “No that’s Ulta”. I just stared back in shock and said “Oh you don’t carry them anymore, that’s wild” and she looked confused and walked away. Not only was she not familiar with a brand that has been in stores for 20 years but also owned by the same company that owns Sephora but her quick response with an attitude about a competitor was such a turnoff. We just left and I ordered the Ole Lip peptide treatment online for my friend. I hope this cast member is educated on the history of Ole and understands that even if it is in fact a brand not carried at Sephora, but carried at Ulta, there’s no need to act like that customer is beneath you for wanting a brand you may not carry.

Very strange experience… I came in looking for a vitamin C serum and the skin care product staff recommended me a brand and halfway through the demo she pulls up a picture of her sister a model and shows me pictures of her lifestyle and says “she lives a life you and I would never live” lol? Then she hands me over to a girl who tries to sell me on suddenly 7 different products (makeup not what I came for) and was very pushy. Made me choose between make or skin care when I was saying I will put it on hold ( I was overwhelmed and over stimulated) did not want to just swipe my card I felt way too pressured to just drop $500 when I came in for a $100 serum. I walked out being totally grossed out went down the street to Ulta and bought everything I needed. Spent great money there without the weird staff all over me. Not returning

Terrible check-out experience. The employee asked if I would like to use 500 points to get $10 off- then added that they’re doing a special where if you use 500 points you’ll get a 500 point bonus back anyway. So I did it.
Did I ever receive a 500 points bonus? Of course not. Cherry on top was the employee flirting with me, talking about don’t break any hearts. Stop letting men work at sephora ugh.

I had an incredible experience here thanks to Araya. She was absolutely fantastic, friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered helpful and personalized recommendations.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. She was laughing and talking with my friends and I, we had even more fun there because of her!
Araya is a true gem, I really hope Sephora knows and appreciates her work! I would highly recommend seeking her out if you're visiting.
Thank you, Araya, for making our day brighter!

Tony at checkout went above and beyond with customer service! He noticed that I had never claimed by birthday gift, and even though it was already past, he gave me one anyway! So kind.

Tony is such a ball of good energy. Anytime I visit this Sephora and he’s there, I leave with a smile on my face. He’s the epitome of great customer service—a skill that feels like a lost art these days.
Tony is exactly what will move Sephora forward. Too often, Sephora locations give off a “mean girls” energy—unhelpful, standoffish, or just not very warm. It sometimes feels like the staff are more focused on humbling you than helping you. Tony is the complete opposite. He’s genuine, kind, helpful, and fully engaged. He reminds you how great shopping experiences should feel.
I truly hope Sephora recognizes what a gem they have.Tony deserves every raise, every promotion—truly everything he asks for. He is an asset to your brand and would be an asset to any company lucky enough to have him.
Thank you, Tony, for being the person that you are.

Sephora is good but some stuff members are so so rude. This woman literally screamed at me and treated me so bad for no reason at all. I was getting some makeup remover and she screamed at me to go somewhere else. Then she kept on saying stupid stuff with another worker and giving us bad looks.

Rude and dismissive workers as others have pointed out.

So many people working yet no one helped. I had to chase someone down and once they went into the back to look for the product they never came back to inform me. Rude and dismissive workers. I’ve had great experiences at other sephoras but they need to change management or something because that was insane.

26DEC.2024 My first time here and as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by a beautiful young lady(12:45pm). She knows her store. She confidently pointed me towards the product I needed.
This spot is busy and packed. The cashier was super polite and friendly. I appreciate customer service like this. Great shopping experience.

They don't do a decent job of replenishing the products. Anastasia concealer color number 6 has been missing for several months according to one employee so i cant buy it in the store. Also the lady gaga haus labs lip stain shade is missing. What is the purpose of paying so much money to uber there and love a product only to not be able to make a purchase? Mascaras are also all empty and i get screamed at when trying it on. Irritating when i want to spend hundreds on pat Mc Grath, haus labs and other products. It's easier just to shop online without the rude attitude. Instead of yelling at patrons, how about you do a walk around and check the product stock and make it a welcoming environment?

I had a very good experience at this Sephora. I spoke with Taylor about skincare and she helped me get a whole new routine! My skin started clearing up a few days after I took her advice. She was such a joy to speak to and literally saved my skin.

Mariah parks stated she is the manager I spoke to when I called today. I asked her a bout getting a bottle of perfume half off when I turn in an Empty bottle of perfume and she was rude. She was condescending stating they don’t have that program by imitating my voice ! It’s crazy how we are treated as black … even if its not the case she was petty for mocking me. You can get a refill bottle for a discounted price ….she was just rude to be in leadership and did not give me alternatives
