I had an excellent experience at this location. I'm not a makeup girly so stores like this can be intimidating. I was in the store for about 7 minutes and 4 employees asked me if I needed assistance in any way. Tinyshia was in the middle of looking for something and managed to help me find exactly what I was looking for at the same time. Myriah helped me find my last thought item and helped me with an express checkout AND added me to the insider so I could start collecting points. The store has soooo much in there but it is well organized, at least for them to easily direct me.

Terrible customer service experience. Purchased a perfume in Dec 2023 for a Christmas gift and it was broken inside the box. Was told by customer service multiple times over the phone that I was to receive an exchange as long as I went to any store within 60 days after the purchase. Went to this location after work and the manager refused the exchange. Manager told me she was going against the store’s policy.

Awful experience the entire time I was there! Went here with a few friends, all of us were black, and as soon as we walked in the store we felt watched. The employees kept following us and talking within themselves. We felt highly uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. This will be the last time I come to this Sephora!

Not a review on product I can usually find what I am looking for in the store. This for the outcome of my full makeup service today. I live in the area so I frequent the store often for my make up and beauty needs.I have had my make up done there several times and each time I was thoroughly pleased.This was a total different experience. The MA(T) was nice and friendly,but her skill set was not up to par to do makeup. She mixed foundations creating a cakey appearance.... too much to go into detail, but know this makes me hesitant to utilize their make up services again. When I say it was bad, I didn't let her do my lipstick. I had to think of how I was going to fix this before my event tonight.If it weren't for the fact that I would be embarrassed I would post a photo. I will be showing the manager tomorrow. Again the MA was friendly and very nice. She just didnt do quality work at all.

Why even have the staff on the floor if they don’t even approach or ask how they can assist. I was looking for someone to ask a simple question, they were just talking in a small little circle to one another. This store has great things to offer but damn, team needs to be customer service oriented

One of the most pleasant Sephora experiences I've had, the staff was friendly. No negging! The clerk was knowledgeable about sustainable packaging and the products and was able to guide us to a few options we hadn't heard of before

I love me some Chelsea. She's very professional and did great on my face for my outing. I recommend pentagon city. Even though this was a Saturday, which is very busy, Chelsea did well... Thank you Studio team

I don't like coming to this Sephora. The employees seem to be racist and they're very rude. A few days ago I went here to buy some perfume. This employee walked so closely behind me that she was literally on the back of my heel. Do NOT follow me around and do NOT get in my personal space. I know the reason I get treated like this is because I'm a black woman.

Fantastic. Originally went to the Ulta near by, pure convenience to where we parked. Staff was rude af. Walked 800ft to this store and the staff was so nice and helpful. We asked for a specific brand that they didn’t have in store, they offered to do an online order overnight or ship to my home. We declined and asked about other brands, we were given testers and full explanations. Perfect experience and will return.

Worse costumer service ever. The workers there don't want to work. The make up specialist used her hand to apply my make up without washing her hands first. And after 30 minutes of trying different shades for foundation the person who was helping me left the store without giving me the product.

Haven't returned to this location because each time I've set foot in this place, I've been looked at & then completely ignored. How are employees busy when they're not helping-yet along even greeting-customers? The last time I was here, I wanted to return some new (still factory-sealed) items that they had in stock. I did not have the receipt. The cashier brought the manager over & both women proceeded to inspect my items & literally interrogate me as to why I was trying to return them. One of them even broke the factory seal & that's when I stopped her. I said, "It's evident you're not going to accept my return, so don't open them because that makes them worthless." No apology, no nothing, just an overall weird vibe as if I was doing something illegal. But judging from the countless poor reviews about this location, it's sadly not surprising how pathetic & completely disgraceful the attitude of the staff is at this location.
