I've been coming to Gray's for the last 12 years. Ownership changed a few years ago and I'm glad I still get prompt and professional service by the technicians. Mike is very knowledgeable and does a great job with inspections and emissions. Highly recommend!

Had an Amazing experience with Hassan I hope I’m spelling it correctly, he was very patient and understanding and fixed the car correctly unlike other places, I’ll recommend this shell station to anyone, Come check the guy Hassan out he knows his stuff i went for an oil change and fix the window motor.

The lights turned off while I was pumping gas. There were still staff in the shop and store but it spooked me a bit. Gas station lights are usually for safety so felt kinda sus.

Shell Gas Station Review - 3332 Langston Blvd., Arlington, VA 22207. I believe the are under new owners This is the 2nd time i've visited this Shell location for service. This time it was for nail in the tire and needed it repaired quickly as I had to be somewhere and running late! I'd like to remark how the employees are always so helpful and responsive. They actually stopped and inside repair to take of it. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great and friendly service by Sandra the last time I was here. I've been coming here for 10 years for oil change and inspection. The new owners kept the business name and changed the layout of the store adding more snacks etc. The guys behind the desk aren't very helpful but the technicians Shane and Arshad are great! State inspections get done efficiently and there's usually no wait.

Went in for flat tire and this old indian mechanic stole my OEM wheel lug nut and replaced it with rusted open end lug nut. Wont be going again.
