I asked flat interior paint and I got satin finish
Terrible they my job difficult , going back to store is wasting time and money and now I have to repaint the whole ceiling nightmare.

I thought I had seen places with bad customer service but this place is beyond terrible. I walked into the store on the afternoon, the SW lady was talking on her phone and completely ignored me…I say hello at the front desk (because there was nobody), a guy comes out and asked the girl who was on the phone to help me out. Long story short, they started debating who should assist and who should continue doing nothing… once she decided to help with my order, she was completely useless… even stating “I don’t know, I’m not a painter” when asked about which paint finish is recommended for an apartment door or to look at a sample. No training, no customer service skills. I walked out, didn’t buy a thing. Last time I come to this store.

I just got paint from this store the person working was very rude and unprofesional he didnt even help to bring the paint out because he had other costumers I asked for his name is Alex … last time I come to this store 0 stars I would give

I came in the store at 8am and there wasn't an employee in sight. Mind you I was the inky customer inside if the store at the time. After about four minutes, one employee came from around the back of the store and compltely ignored the fact that I was standing there. After another three minutes a second employee came to the front and casually asked if I needed help. I got the sense that neither of these two either did't care about me as a person, or simply did not want to work today. Obvioisly my time was not important to these guys.

Bought some primer I ended up not needing, but lost the receipt. Went back in and the employee looked up my transaction from a few days prior to give me a refund. Kind, patient, helpful. Worth the time and expense for good quality and customer service!

Appreciate the Glebe Rd store because they carry empty paint cans in quart and gallon sizes and their customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful!

The manager @ the Glebe Road Store is very good. Even when busy, the service is great. If fact, I drive from DC to Arlington to buy paint at this store. Been a customer for over 6 years

Marlo was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I did not know much about paints going into the store. He was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Marlo provided excellent customer service. I did not have to wait very long to get the paints I needed.

The employee named Mario yelled at me because it was already late, it was 5:40 and he told me that the bus was going to drop him off and that it was taking up his time, that guy is sick.

A++++! I just left the store and going in there I was nervous bc I had no clue if I was going to be over sold or that they would laugh at me bc I know next to nothing about paint. But nope- Danielle was incredibly nice and helpful!! And the manager (did not get name- but black male in a black polo)- was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! A+++! Great service. What a day it was, I cannot believe how this sales representative has treated me. I will never go back to this store again. Mr. Mario was absolutely out of line with his attitude and his way of talking down to me. He was ready to fight me for his mistake. It's unfortunate how people get treated now a days. If you don't like your job please remove your self from customer service. I work with customers on a daily basis and I have never treated anyone with the disrespect i was treated by today.
