Visited this location for a phone upgrade and a few questions I had regarding my account and was helped by the kindest and most knowledgeable gentlemen named Robert. He knew about the products and plans and was super helpful. Definitely recommend asking for him when you come in.

This location once was my "to-go" spot but after today definitely showed their lack for customer service and definitely will not be returning. From Store manager to Assistant manager they don't acknowledge nor take accountability for their poor customer service.

I was having an issue with my phone reading my chip while i was traveling. After an extended period of trying to resolve it, I found a new phone was needed and they took care of me.

Thanks for all staff working in this branch. Now I can recognise how professional our telecommunications companies back in my home. They literally can not focus in two simple tasks. It took me 45 mins to just renew my plan. Make sure you have the whole day off before visiting them.

This store is a mess. It's always understaffed and crowded with extremely long wait times. And on top of that they no longer honor the insurance they sold me when I bought the phone. You have to call some third-party company to get a cracked screen fixed. They used to handle stuff like that on site. Ugh! I miss Sprint.

This store -- and ESPECIALLY Dario -- are Godsent in the world of phone carriers, mobile stores, and certainly Tmobile. Dario himself is the most knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful person you'll ever meet or work with. Don't get me wrong, Tmobile (and especially Sprint part!!!) are horrible when it comes to customer service and convoluted ways and rates, so this 5 star is not about Tmobile at all, but if anyone and any store can help you through that, this is the place and Dario is your guy.

Absolutely Amazing service! Roy took great care of me and family. We switched from Verizon, added three new devices, home Wi-Fi and still paid $20 less a month. Roy and his manager went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and found every possible penny to save. Couldn’t recommend higher if I tried.

Bad customer experience. They take 2 hours for service and charge anywhere between 35-70 dollars for trivial things which ideally we should have been able to do online. They also call customer service to get resolution.In addition to that, give incorrect information to gain your business and have you port from ATT and other carriers. Then you start seeing all kind of hidden charges and discrepancies in the bill which they never resolve after visit to stir or calling customer service.

I stopped in to ask about adding my sister to my plan to have her switch from Verizon as I recently did and Alan was amazing at answering questions. He even helped me get a rebate for the device charge I had to pay to Verizon when I recently switched. Seriously amazing customer service and really happy I switched to T-Mobile!

I cracked my phone and went to get it fixed. Then i meet Keyo which she exceeded my expectations in every level. very transparent , very professional and friendly. My phone was fixed in no time and also she cleaned up it very well like brand new. Keyo you are the best Tech and pls keep up the good work. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Keyo and Jerique of Assurant and Alan of T-Mobile were very helpful. Keyo's expertise in solving my software issues deserve 10 stars! They are all terrific and also very entertaining while we all sat together problem solving!!

Keyo and Maria are wonderful. Keyo solved all my problems right away and really put me at ease on a very stressful day. Whatever you are paying these lovely ladies cannot be enough. I hope every time I need assistance from T Mobile I get help from someone like Keyo.
