April 4th 2024, 3:30 pm.It's a one Star for me. I figure someone isn't having a good day. The service is rude and they do not have items listed on the menu.I came in for an afternoon pick me up and all I got was attitude.I live locally and this is the closest coffee shop near me. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again. Approaching the counter, I get a attitude filled "you order of there", mind you no one's in line and there's only the one employee. So I say okay and walk the 4 steps in the right direction. I look at the menu to make sure they have what I wanted to order. The employee walks over to the register as if I inconvenienced her. And I order a cold nitro brew coffee with cream. To which I get more attitude laced tone "we only have regular". Now it took about 3 seconds while I considered if I even bothered to try an order something else. To which I decided better. So I said thanks and left.

Attitude of barista was disgusting immediately had a attitude said nothing back to me everytime I talked didn’t acknowledge me had her back turned saying mhm they didn’t have Apple Pay or Starbucks app working thank goodness I had my card awful

I am a coffee lover and i have 3 to 4 espresso a day ☝?.I come into this area for business and was time for my espresso so I ask myself let me try this location!!!Such a mistake. The attitude of the lady working there was terrible. She make me pay twice for a simple espresso just because I tried to pay with Apple Pay.On my account show me I paid the coffee and she said no you have to pay with credit card so I pay again. When I show her , I paid the coffee she said call customer service and not even looking me in the eyes . Never come again here. Sorry but coffee have to be pleasure and enjoyment and not just bad experience and people work there give you attitude!

Out of Cold Brew which was fine, I understand that happens but the black girl with red braids was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her for having to do her job and make our drinks.

This has to be the worse Starbucks location, not only because it is a bit hidden but once you find it you come across the rude, attitude filled staff that doesn't care to be polite or at least nice. You can tell they hate being at work to begin with, much less putting in any effort to be nice or polite. Obviously no one expects to be impressed by the quality of service but they don't even try. Drinks are hit or miss as ordered and usually just lammed on the counter to remind you how inconvenient you are for stopping by to buy coffee. Honestly Starbucks needs to do a cleanse of the staffing at this location.Parking: Parking is free up to a set time of 2 hours and then must pay after on G1.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August when I moved to this area. I haven’t had any issues, but their cold brew machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now and I feel like Starbucks should be able to fix the problem much quicker than this. Half their drinks on the menu are cold brew drinks. I continue to go in the morning though because Takeisha is so kind and helpful!!

Customer service needs improvement, it’s always someone new and some how all of them just have an attitude, rolling eyes and just not caring, not worth spend the time nor money in here. Today my barista was the worst keep cutting me off. Won’t be coming back!

Avoid this starbucks of possible. I used to live right next door to it which is the only reason i gave it so many chances but it continues to disappoint.The Frappuccino's that they blend have too much ice, making it watered down and too thick to drink. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew the other day, which is my favorite drink and they managed to ruin it. It tasted super bitter, like they put no pumps of syrup in it, and there was barely any foam on top. I had to go home and add sugar and milk just to make this drinkable.In addition to the bad drinks, the service here is also terrible. It's never busy but when there's more than one person in line, it's very slow. The baristas are on their phones and talking to each other instead of serving you. I don't know if Harris Teeter get free coffee or not but they usually back up the line too.

Horrible. It doesn't matter who the barista is, it's just attitude and lack of care for the guests. Eye rolling. More focused on their phones. It's clear management doesn't give a damn. The owners don't either. And save me with the "we do" cr*p because if you did, you would not allow your employees to be this awful. And across the board. All of them. The only reason this location gets any business is because of convenience, because if it was a stand alone, it would be deserted for sure. You're a giant corporation so I understand that you don't give a sh*t. But management, have some respect for yourself and do better

Worst customer service EVER!!! I came in and when barista looked at me she literally sighed and rolled her eyes. I was standing in front of the register for good 5 min because she was too busy being on her phone.

I showed up at 6:25 PM and the whole Starbucks was torn down. A broom was on the ground, the milk was all out (which is questionable), and no one was there. I did food shopping for 10 minutes and then came back around 6:40 pm and still nobody was there. If you say you’re open till 7pm, be there until 7pm…

The service is terrible, I DID tell them what I wanted but they didn’t put it on the order, then I asked and they told me I DIDN’T tell them as an excuse with a bad attitude. About the drinks, I’m speechless, how could none of them know how to make drinks at all? I also work at SB, so of course I know how drink should and need to be. All the time I ordered from this location, never tasted right. To whoever in charge, please train your staff more properly.
