I had to persuade the batista to make a pour over decaf which she.eventually agreed. The seating and space are tight, which led me to sit outside. It's more of a place to order and leave.

I have tried this location several times, ordering both online and at the counter. Neither seems to support and quick transaction.Most often, I will have food items that go cold waiting on coffee.I have seen attempts to make improvements, but more often then not, orders go unclaimed close to it's shelf life unless someone there called names.Then you have more people waiting along the wall waiting 12 to 20 minutes for their order.It is not always due to a large scale order as some would like to suggest. My mobile order was logged at 0749. I recieved my food at 755 and coffee at 810. My breakfast was cold

I come here every morning to get my black small coffee and the staff is always very kind and respectful. It’s my favorite Starbucks in DC for sure. ??

The interior of this Starbucks is much more spacious compared to other Arlington locations and reminded me of the ones I used to study at back in high school in Metro Detroit. The interior has lots of tables and seating, and it wasn't crowded this Saturday afternoon. I got a Strawberry Acai Refresher because it was so hot and I was super parched, and the barista made it within a couple minutes. Pretty average drink, overall, not the best I've ever had but it did its job.

Standard friendly and fast Starbucks experience but the store was very hot! Worse inside than outside-that’s saying something in the summer.

Orders aren’t made properly when they are busy. Customers a ok waiting if that means their orders are going to be made correctly.

This place takes FORVER!! I ordered an iced peach green tea and for one, it took 20 minutes before someone even started my drink! Then, I finally got it and it was 90% WATER!! When it's supposed to only have green tea and a peach juice blend, but they didn't have enough green tea and i guess no peach juice blend so the person that made it put the rest of the green tea ( about 1/2 a cup) and water to replace the peach juice blend. This location is horrible and i also had weird specks from possibly the green tea but it still tastes gross. I am never going back to that location.

The worst barista I've ever seen! I ordered a chestnut latte and at first I got a hot latte. I thought I made it very clear because I even showed him the product picture and name on the official Starbucks app. I said I clearly ordered an iced latte, you made the wrong coffee, so he gave me a different cup with some ice instead of making me a new one. Then he still did not add whipped cream and gave it to me. I said why is it completely different from the picture on the official website, so he added some cream for me, but he forgot to add chestnut topping. I felt bad and I left. I hope Starbucks can train baristas properly, customers are there to buy coffee and not to teach to make coffee.
