This is my first time renting a storage unit and Marcus explained the many options to me so that I could easily understand. He was thorough with all first time and monthly charges and allowed me to ask endless questions. He was professional and made my first time a breeze.

I’ve been here about 4 months and the elevator has been out for four months. No communication, no updates, emails all go unanswered. Been paying full price for a service that doesn’t exist. Staircase is steep and the only option to use. I want to move out but can’t carry heavy equipment down the stairs.
**update: I got an AI emailed response to email upper management. I did, but have not received any answer from them. Since then, I also got a notice that the rate for renting will increase in December. All while THE ELEVATOR STILL DOES NOT WORK

The storage itself wasn’t notable in any way - other than the staff failing to remove someone else’s furniture piece when we moved in despite promising to do so. However, moving out in April 2024 was hellacious and I’ll never go near StorQuest again. We arrived to find a broken elevator, with a note saying not to bother asking the staff when it would be fixed. StorQuest provided no notice nor offered to move our belongings, despite my informing them twice in March that we would be moving out in this timeframe.
Our amazing movers and my husband hauled our entire household down 3 flights of rickety fire stairs - it took several hours and cost an additional $1000+. Not a single staff member appeared on site the entire time. I called 4 times in the next week before finally reaching a supervisor. After a long painful conversation, StorQuest returned our April rent for the inconvenience (we’d moved out a week into the month so ?) but argued that they had fulfilled their only contractual obligation, which was adequate maintenance. A curious definition.
Oh and they tried to bill me for another month despite multiple written and verbal notices we’d fully vacated the unit. So, yeah, in all, one star is generous.
