This storage place is horrible. Called 2 weeks In advance to cancel my unit. Then got billed 2 weeks later. When I called they said sorry and said they would "issue a refund". The. 3 days later I saw my account had been changed AGAIN! When I called the third time the person working was rude and basically said he they had no history of me canceling my account. Then he said if I wanted to talk to someone else I could call their "district manager". The number he gave me was not a real number. It's just this company's way of getting another month's pay out of me. There are a thousand other storage places in Arlington- if you're wise you will pick a different one.

For some reason this place has a “manager” that walks around with a military kit jacket on….. bad first impression to customers. Rarely was someone in the office during business hours (I can think of 3 separate occasions). Overall a trash organization. Pulled out from my commitment as soon as I possibly could.

Very helpful and clean soteage area. Many carts with elevator allows for easy pick up and drop off.Good for people with authorized users and allowed for cancellation internationally.

Bro idk whos reviewing this place but it's TRASH. FILTH. The elevator rarely works and the premises are never cleaned and staff is extremely lazy. Don't even attempt calling for assistance because they rarely pick up and the "after hours" help number I promise you will immediately go to "due to high call volume...." . Go to extra space. Go anywhere else but here.

Horrible service! One of their customers has my things and the person said to cut the lock and get the stuff sending me pictures of the gate number. I called to ask if that was ok to do that and make sure I wasn't stealing. No help from customer service, "I can't advise you on anything." What is this, a place for drugs? I'm not asking personal information. What if the gate number is someone else's? Why not give any help?

After getting set up by BJ, I was able to get everything taken care of at a great price and stashed quickly. The elevator is beefy and able to handle the heaviest widest loads. The space is generally conditioned and it was nice to come in from the heat. There’s lots of carts to use and typically enough room at the loading dock. All said - best storage deal around.

BJ was great. I was in and out faster than I expected. He ran down everything and gave me a tour. I appreciate everything!

Ouch. Not sure what happened to StorQuest over the past few months, but whatever it is it is not good. I hope management cleans this place up, but if they don't then please take your business elsewhere. B.J. in the office is helpful and is this place's saving grace. Otherwise you're on your own. Don't try calling, and don't bother visiting during "office hours" because nobody will be in the office. If you expect a functioning elevator, think again (see pictures...elevator broken for over a month). If you expect adequate lighting in the stairwell that you have to use since the elevator is broke, think again (see pictures of the suspect stairs). If you think you're storing in a place without Arlington County building code violations, think again (see pictures of Arlington County code violations). If you think you're storing somewhere protected from the elements, think again (see the pictures of windows open for over a month). If management wants this place to succeed, they need to address basic flaws. For $96 a month please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if the flaws persist.

0 Stars! Save your time and money; go somewhere else. The only thing consistent about the elevator is it breaking down (have had several hours wasted waiting on it to work, no exaggeration). Customer service is non existent (check the automatic standard reply on here). Phone numbers on Google do not work or people hang up after not being able to help you. Owners need to step up their game with this location or sell it to someone who wants to do right by their customers.

The folks at Storquest when I reached out about a unit were really friendly, understanding and helpful in getting a unit together. They let me the time to figure out a delivery of a shipment and showed me around. I signed up happily. Not sure what happened since, other than to point a few issues with the elevator. This is on top of 1-2 month elevator repair which, since my unit is on the top floor, was onerous for some movements. I mentioned a loud bang that happens (for several weeks now) whenever the repaired elevator gets to the top floor. After mentioning it twice, I got a look of death and was duly ignored by the manager. Given the repairs, I feel this could be a safety issue, but clearly it is not for Storquest. Additionally, the unit was inexplicably closed and locked one long weekend without notice and I needed to purchase some bags to compensate.Ultimately, there are too many storage places in the area to deal with this kind of attitude. I can't recommend it and strongly suggest you seek services elsewhere.

Actual Review - Not one they are using to incentivize discountsThis place is absolutely abysmal. Directly upon entrance the place wreaks of mold and cigarettes. I had my girlfriend help move out boxes one day and she coughed for hours after. The entryway gate was out of service for 2/6 visits I had to the storage unit. Imagine taking time to load up your car with boxes, driving to the unit, and not being able to get in because the entryway gate cannot open. That is literally the way to enter the building. The elevator (if working) is extremely slow and often stuck on other floors because other guests leave the door open. The elevator will spend days without getting fixed, without any possible way of accessing your belongings otherwise. The walls for storage units are maybe 1/4" plywood. My unit was noticeably smaller than advertised and had a disgusting brown stain in the middle of floor. The employees park in the loading spots, preventing any customers from possibly obtaining easy access to 3 loading spots that are actually there. The employees also have no idea how to access their own computers when it comes to checking you out on the 500% marked up items you may need when you run out. When you try to let them know you need to cancel your membership they are definitely going to find a way to continue charging you (as mentioned in other reviews too).Overall: Terrible Hygiene/Cleanliness, Terrible Accessibility, Awful Service, Not a single remotely good thing to mention.

The elevator breaks very often and it would take up to 6 weeks to fix it. Management is useless, they just ask you to be patience while they get elevator fix. Place super dirty too
