Trust Bank has poor customer service and are severely under staffed (only 2 employees on a Friday absurd)! the employees don’t take there job seriously even during busy hours! They’re tellers don’t communicate with customers and don’t interact with us and only seems to care what benefits them during there time, there actions make us as customers seem as if we are not top priority as we are your clientele, even in the driveway (which is supposed to be quick) they make you wait for hours. This place used to never have this issue, so why now? I do not recommend! BB&T was way better Trust Bank has none of my trust I can tell you that!

Please get these folks some help. One teller in a very busy area is not sufficient. Many clients are on a work break and do mot have 30 minutes to wait for assistance.

I’m sure they don’t care at all, but After banking with them since they were suntrust, I will be closing my accounts. Super slow service plus rude and condescending staff. I don’t feel comfortable returning. I don’t trust the bankers there.

Not good at all, I was there on Thursday seating waiting for help, and there is an old man who’s name is Luis he saw me I was first one, and he decided to help. Friend of him, I talk him I was first but he dint care, I was 30 minutes waiting for is Not fair

Super slow staff and I been standing at drive through about 20 minutes and ring bell for 3 times then he came to window and said I’m busy and there 3 people sitting inside the counter after he made my deposit he was like if you don’t have time then go somewhere else which was so unprofessional behavior very upset

Veterans be mindful going here. I went to this bank previously to just get quarters no problem at all. I go recently they try to make me get an account just to get quarters. I'm like so it's ok to use your atm but I can't come in and get change. Then after I state I have been there before for the same thing the two dudes working just stare. like poor customer service.

Today we had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We were “helped” by Evelyn when we were trying to send cashiers check for business, however she charged us ten dollars, because she changed the account to personal. She continued to argue with the manager after he told her to wave it. Then she forgot to write a memo that was necessary to the check. We have been waiting for 40 minutes, for no good reason, with no resolution to her mistakes. At this point, the incompetence has become malicious. I wish I could say this is different from the norm, but I cannot. They need to train their staff better, ESPECIALLY HER!!!

Worst banking institution I ever visited.They don't understand the meaning of customer service ( btw is on its name ppl CUSTOMER Service. I highly encourage customers to move to other institutions where they are valued and respected and to claim the respect they deserve regardless of gender or race.Their facilities were full of trash paper in the floor and their tables.They are disrespectful to their customers.Unprofessional and don't know the difference between laws and branch policies or why or how to do their job.They don't allow to deposit cash into other people accounts...but that's not the problem. They don't know why and said that is a federal law...really which law? I asked them to show me the policy or law...which of course they couldnt find.When I tried to find other ways to make the deposit like buying a money order or cashier check frim them, they don't allow anyone ? but the account holder to that? Wasted 45m to ended up using zelle....which btw is a deposit...shocker.After 30m a lady in front of me tried to make a deposit and the teller keep denying her ways to deposit the money...when she finally got the money deposited wherever she needed to, she asked the teler why he couldn't do that from the get go? His answer was " next time come more prepared lady" in the most arrogant and diminishing way possible.The manager doesn't look for solutions but argues back without proper knowledge and then says ? Sir you are yjust upset because you can't deposit money in an account and you are just nippicking at our branch....Hello Sir look at the rest of your reviews.....

Absolutely horrible!!!!! I went today to make a deposit through drive thru. I haven't received my new card since the merger has taken place and you can't make ATM deposits with the old card(total inconvenience). Teller said, I can order you a card. I asked specifically! Will this disable my current card, she said no it won't. Not until you activate your new card. Me thinking, she knows what's she's talking about concedes to her ordering the card. Flash forward two hours later- card is disabled and can't get cash or even make purchases!! Gas is at 31 miles to E, etc etc. I am livid at both her and Truist. Why block the cardholders card before they even receive their new card! Unbelievable. Truist merger has been snaggy since the beginning. This definitely has solidified my decision to take my business to another bank and all those that I know who still bank with them.Horrible and it a could have been rectified with a switch of a button (people make mistakes), but this is a system that was put in place that has totally inconvenienced a customer of more than a decade.
