I went to pick up on online order, which was packed perfectly & in great condition. But when I arrived no one was in the store to greet, the sales-floor was completely empty. It was about 15 mins before a young lady with long black hair, came out from the back and stated: “I didn’t know anyone was in the store.” Leaving the store empty while the door is wide open isn’t safe to the employees who work there. I didn’t feel a warm welcome, which is heartbreaking because at any other Swarovski, I am always greeted with a warm welcomed, and smiles.

Purchased an item online for click and collect in store. Upon receiving email notification that my order was ready, I headed to Pentagon city. When I entered the store I was greeted and I explained I was there to pick up an item. The associate went in the drawer, found my bag, gave it to me and told me to have a nice day. No interest in confirming that I had the right item or if I possibly wanted to purchase something else. Not used to rushed service, especially at Swarovski, so I tell her that I at least want to open the box to confirm that they were giving me the right item. Upon opening the bag, there were all kinds of stickers over my box and when I opened the box, the item was correct. Associate returned everything in the box to the bag, and I made my way with my gift. It dawned on me that there was no sparkle when I opened the box, which made me curious as to the quality of the item, so when I got to a stationary place I opened the box and took the earrings completely out of the box. This is what I found. I immediately called back to the store, which was now closed as it was 8:15 PM, which then required me to contact Sawatzky customer service. They deemed that the earrings were defected, and the only pair left in the store and the associate should’ve never sold them to me. A gift that’s needed in three days… now has to be shipped out by corporate in order to resolve a huge oversight by the associates in the store. I’ve been a longtime shopper of Sawatzky and the level of service in-store has went down, well at least at this location.

Chloe went far and beyond to help me track down a pendant I bought 10 years ago from Swarovski. I really appreciate the time and energy she put into helping me. We successfully found the pendant because of her help. Made my day! Amazing customer experience.

I went there 2 times to pickup my order early around 10:15am during weekday ( the store is supposed to open at 10am ) but I wwas waiting till 10:40 to see the saleswoman show up and enter the store, it ended openning the store at 11 am ! And everytime i come in to ask that the store is supposed to open at 10 am she keep telling me she had an emergency.

Great staff, every staff member in the store was excited and very willing to help me find the right gift for my wife's birthday. They were not at all pushy or aggressive. They wanted to make sure I found the right gift.
