  DONT GO HERE! THEY ARE RUDE TO GUEST! i came and there abd talked to the manager and the employee disregarded what his manager advised him to do and yelled and cursed me out because he didn’t agree with his manager. DONT SHOP HERE! youll thank me later!

  Went in this morning to purchase a pen, the guy behind the counter was ill informed and sold me any pen. Came back this afternoon and after finding out the pen wasn’t compatible with my cart the afternoon guy told me that I can not have a refund, even though no where in the store or on my receipt does it say no refund! The afternoon worker told me “it’s not my problem I’m just filling in for somebody” inferring that he doesnt even work at the store. Terrible customer service. Do better. I’m not even mad about not getting refunded but I am about the disrespectful kid behind the counter that thinks that the a customer complaint isn’t his problem and brushed me off to get back to his FaceTime call. I hope whoever regularly works at this location isn’t as terrible a cashier as the guy there right now 8pm august 8th. If he had a better attitude he would’ve had the opportunity to upswell me another pen because the only thing that was wrong was the morning cashier sold me the wrong voltage. But now you’ve lost a customer and I will gladly send everybody I’ve been sending to tobacco hut instead.

  February 4th, 2022- I made a purchase in this store around 5:30 PM. The store representative was extremely helpful in relaying prices to me as this store has not been opened long. I told the representative that I was going across the street to CVS after thanking him for great customer service. However I didn't go to CVS and hours later noticed that I left my credit card in the checkout machine at Tobacco King. I went back to Tobacco King and soon as I walked in the Representative called me my name ! His name is Taha and he advised that when he found my credit card he went across the Street thinking I was there. Representative Taha of Tobacco King went far and beyond to return my credit card to me in which he did as soon as I returned to his established! It is refreshing to see the best customer service I have ever seen by Representative Taha! Definitely has my business and support from now on. Thank You Taha ????
