“I was invited to my colleague's baby shower. I didn't know what to get. Staff were so kind and nice, they did a phenomenal job with gift wrapping (they got all kinds of wraps, ribbons, even cards). I always thought this place was some kid bookstore, gym, thanks to Google, I now know that this place sells dolls, toys, baby bibs, shoes etc. Really local, really nice, makes me want to go back to being a kid.”

“What a wonderful independent toy store! Tons of fun and educational options for kids. The store owner graciously wrapped two presents for me and they looked great. Very impressed, will come back.”

“It’s LEGOS!!!!! I visited on 18 Dec 2023. The store was clean and well stocked. My only disappointment was the sales people were not very helpful or, it seemed to me, happy. I spent some time in the store and no one wanted to engage. Maybe it was me. Maybe they were having a bad day. I would shop there again.”

“Lil Waffle said "if they just stayed put at the register..." As if they don't have two floors of toys to stock and clean up after your poorly supervised children. You just want this small business with 4 rooms, 2 floors, and 3 exits to sit at the register and wait on you? Then when you leave, they can just spend the whole night doing everything else required to run a business. Even Walmart cannot stand by their 45 registers waiting for you, Walmart makes you check out yourself and then audits your work ethic on the way out. Idiot.”

“Came here with my son, two friends and their babies. We came to check out a story time sing along class. We made our reservations online ahead of time for $20/kid and 1 adult. This also included 2 hours of open play time afterwards. When you get there, you are greeted and checked in. There is complimentary coffee and water. They show you the cubbies for your shoes and other belongings. The storytime sing along with speech pathologist Corinne was awesome! I didn't think our babies (all under 6 months) would really care for the activity, but they loved it! So engaging, educational and fun! The open play area was very soothing and Montessori-esque with simple wooden toys and various creative stations. I do think the cost is a bit steep at $20, but if you do the class and your little one enjoys the open play time, it is definitely worth it! Will keep an eye out for future events at Nook!”

“We’ve taken our 1 1/2 year old here a few times and we all enjoy looking at the huge variety of toys offered. The owner is incredibly nice and personable. The prices are decent too. Will definitely keep returning to this store!”

“Walked in about 7:15 pm on 12/14/23 with my boyfriend for a PS5 we ordered at about 5:50 pm. There was a woman associate with an FBI (Full Blooded Italian?? ??‍♀️ lol) hat on. She attended to us immediately. Our order wasn't ready as she was alone and didn't have time to in such short notice. She went straight to the back and grabbed our PS5. My boyfriend gave her a hard time about not having big bags to put the PS5 in. She was respectful yet stern with her response which I completely respect! She gave us a box for our PS5 and now we are home happily setting up our new toy lol. My boyfriend admitted he was wrong and respected the way she handled the situation. I hope she sees this because she's doing a great job!!”
