On June 12, 2023, I used Tri-State for a local move. Thomas, the person I booked with, lied to me. He said the $100 deposit would be applied to the total cost. It wasn’t. After 4 texts to him to refund the $100 back to my bank account, no response. I reported it to my bank as fraud. Let the bank deal with him.

We had a small job for TriState Moving and Storage of moving some heavy furniture and exercise equipment within the house. They arrived on time and worked quickly. They were polite and made sure to ask us when instructions weren't complete. Would use them again!
