I have gone there several times for embroidery, and they have always been very friendly from the time I call until I pick up my quality embroidered item. The owner, Johanna, and her staff are always extra sweet and fun. They really are the best. They have a super cute shop and they ALWAYS (and I do mean always), finish my items quicker than expected.

First off,owner is so friendly and helpful. The store is so well curated and they offer monogram services which is a lively bonus when shopping for gifts. Worth a trip - you will find the cutest things!

First thought, first stop, my go-to for any and all gifts and seasonal specialty goods. The team is always professional and kind as well as go above and beyond for gift wrapping and presentation. Can’t forget embroidery! Nearly anything and everything… a true sense of community found at Teo the Moon. Grateful!

I’m 100% all for supporting our local businesses, but every time I’ve gone to this store the shop owner comes off as incredibly rude and irritable. Most recently, she was slamming things around, bit my head off when I asked a question, and was being very disrespectful to the other staff. It was obvious from the moment I walked in the store that she was in a mood and her colleague was tip-toeing around her. Then after all her gruffness she shoved the bag with my purchase in my face and tried to pull off a phony “thank you so much for your business!”Maybe she was just having a bad day, which happens to us all, but this is not the first time I’ve felt taken back by this person’s attitude. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I see other great reviews, so I’m not sure why every time I go in that shop, I never want to go back. The convenience lured me this time, but not so sure there will be a next time.

I needed embroidery on my grandson's birthday National's Jersey at the last minute. I called around and was not able to have the information embroidered unless I waited several weeks. One business told me they would have a space for me in February! Therefore, I made a last ditched effort to call Two The Moon. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, they were so very nice and professional! We brought the baseball jersey to the shop on Thursday afternoon and by Friday evening, it was ready for pick up! The price was very reasonable, as well!! I would love to go back when I have time to browse. The shop smelled like Christmas and there were so many beautiful unique items that would make wonderful gifts! We even met Johanna, the owner! She and her staff were absolutely amazing!! She was great and I can't wait to go back to shop for great gifts without my husband with me!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!
