I like just like to share with you I’m giving 5 ⭐️ to Frank Aguilar for helping me out today he did a great job even though he has the same difficulties to enroll me online banking I had hard time to do it, this bank has so much restrictions when it comes online banking but thank god Frank call his colleagues for help to another department what todo I like to say thank you I’m appreciated for your help. I call couple times to the center to see if they can help out but they couldn’t but Frank did it.

I came to this branch today in order to make a deposit. I'm a fan of the bank but this location isn't my favorite simply because they have no parking. Let me rephrase that they do have parking but it's not easy parking. Also when I came in today the air conditioner was turned off so it was definitely warmer than most if the other branches that I have been in. The service was great as usual and I am a fan of the bank generally. As a business owner I appreciate that they are a serious bank and that they take care of my deposits quickly. I've rarely experienced a wait here.

It is a wonderful place to conduct business. The employees (Sonia S, Ada and the hermana) are not only Knowledgeable but very friendly and professional.I drive all the way from DC to carryout my financial transactions at United Bank 2409 Columbia pike Arlington VA. It is worth the distance and traffic.

The staff there is truly amazing. They are alway happy and have a smile on there faces when you walk in. It's the most welcomed I have ever felt at a bank. Ada and Sonia in my opinion make the world of a difference there.
