This particular branch has some of the nicest and knowledgeable bank tellers in all of Falls Church. Mr Kevin Camacho and Mr Noah Grande in particular were very patient and helpful with banking needs.

I have recently moved to United Bank and what a refreshing small bank experience! Salwa helped me efficiently and professionally set up 7 new accounts and went the extra mile in a number of important ways that made a big difference for my experience. im still banking w one of the larger banks for one of my business accounts and the improvement with United Bank in customer service is very noticable!

I suggest you find another bank rather than United Bank. And if you are a customer or are forced to do business with United Bank, avoid this branch in particular.I have a HELOC account with United Bank. I write checks against this account to pay my handyman and other home improvement stuff. This branch refused to honor one of these checks. My vendor had to come back to me for cash. I spoke to the teller through the vendor's phone and explained the account to her. She refused to clear the check, referring to my credit balance as a debit balance.Look, this is the core service a bank provides to customers: making and receiving payments. This branch failed to provide that most basic of services. I spoke to the manager later in the day to complain and he understood immediately what went wrong, but, really, what could he do? It's not like he could comp my dinner or anything.It was also a little concerning to me that he spent a solid five minutes finding my account on his system. As a quick test, I logged into my account while I waited using my phone. It took seconds for me.

This bank is terrible. They sat on a local check over 12 days before clearing it. Just ridiculous. I will always recommend anyone not to use this so called bank.

I do not have an account with this bank but I will definitely have one very soon! I had some business to attend to at this branch and the staff was amazing! I was greeted and treated like I owned the place... the ladies behind the counter all were very knowledgeable as i had many questions, had a smile on the whole time, were very nicely dressed and had their masks on the whole time.

I don't live in Arlington anymore, but I kept my bank account because I liked these guys so much. You never know when you might need a spare account, amirite? Especially when it's free.Despite now living hundreds of miles from the nearest branch, I still receive the customer service that I've become accustomed to with this bank. I called them today about an unauthorized charge on my account, and they were far more sympathetic than the company that created the problem. The clerk who answered the phone could obviously tell I was upset, and despite it being nothing to do with the bank, just talked to me for a couple of minutes about how lousy insurance companies are.I will miss this bank. It really felt like my bank.
