I’m sure it’s a great store if they have what you need. I’ve been in there about four times and they’ve always either not had what I need, or they’re out of it. I’ve given them a lot of chances because I work nearby and it would be so convenient, but it’s never been convenient.
One time they had four or five cans of what I needed. I asked the person working the counter if they had any more, which he looked and could not find, but said I could just go to the Petco at seven corners and get the rest.
So if you like driving all over Virginia to collect portions of what you need, this is the store for you.

don’t try to go wash your dog there. even though the store is open until 7, they won’t let you after 530. that is not advertised.

My experience at this store is always very pleasant!! Today, I was greeted right away with a smile by Carlos, who was also extremely helpful at finding what I was looking for. Thank you Petco for your stellar service 😀

Why do you close so early at 6pm every day? Please stay open at least until 8pm.

I was greeted when I entered the store. I was asked if I needed help and a cashier was called up to make sure I didn’t have to wait to check out.
