This UNTUCKit location is not what I expect as a loyal client. The staff was not helpful and told me to buy online since my size is not available in store. Wish it was a different experience since the store itself is very nice.

Amazing customer service!!!! I walked in this store with my husband and he was delighted on the customer service from start to finish. We purchased 2 shirts and Thomas exceeded our expectations also offering us the “bundle deal”. We appreciate this customer service I had to write a review for acknowledgment. Thank you Untuckit!

Clerk wasn’t friendly at all and barely helped. Then when I checked out and asked about the items being on sale she said they didn’t count. *after* charging my card she said “oh I should have given you the 20% new customer discount”. Uh, thanks? Would have saved $30. That’s quite a bit.

Will never come back here!...The women in the store were very approachable, however, the male worker was hostile. The shirt did not meet quality expectation after being washed the first time. I would give this store a '0' rating if that was an option.

Husband doesn't like to tuck in his shirts so decided to give this company a try. Went to Pentagon City mall early Friday afternoon and met the most Outstanding salesperson, Thomas. I have not experienced a professional, attentive, knowledgeable person who not only knows the company but the product, in such a long time. He explained the various fabric selections. He explained fitted vs relaxed styles which helped us decide on whether or not to go up a size. We decided on 2XX Relaxed. We purchased one shirt in store but the other shirt and size we needed was not in the store so Thomas ordered it online and had it shipped to the house. Oh!! And they offer a military discount (just ask!!). I found the experience to be pleasant, no pressure.

Thomas went above and beyond to help us today. Can't say enough to describe the excellent service. We were ready to give up on this company after a terrible experience at another Untuckit store. He renewed our faith in this company. Respect.

Thomas is an incredible sales associate! I came during a very busy day and he was able to help me with an extremely complicated return. He was knowledgeable about the products, made great suggestions, and was really efficient. He was also really personable and made my overall experience at untuckit great.
