The three employees working at #4832 on 8/2 at 1:50pm were awesome. I came into the store with two skateboards, which are unusual sizes and depths, ie not really a traditional thing to ship, and they figured out what box would be best and then how we could cut it a little bit to make sure that it fit, and that I wasn’t paying extra for no reason. The female employee proposed using a golf club box instead of one for fine art, and it worked PERFECTLY! These kids - and I say that out of respect because younger employees get a lot of flak these days - went above and boyond in their customer service and should be recognized for setting a new standard.

They lock the door right at 8 pm even if there’s 10 customers inside taking their sweet time wrapping packages. I showed up at 8:01 pm with an urgent package that already had the label on it ready to go. Door was locked, I knocked through the glass and showed them that I just had 1 package with label already on and it would be a quick drop off. They refused to open. I proceeded to stand there and watch as the customers inside stayed in there for 15 minutes wrapping all their packages up and they couldn’t open the door and quickly take my package? That’s just bad and unfair customer service. So bear in mind, if you show up at 7:58 pm and want to stay 15 minutes after close wrapping your package that’s fine, but if you show up a minute after they close to do a quick drop off while plenty of other customers and employees are still inside that’s not allowed. I’ve been coming here for years to do business and I will not be returning anymore.

I went to the front desk to make a return to Microsoft for my laptop, I emailed the correct shipping return label as I was told to she put the wrong label on my package and it got sent to Ohio Birkenstock Warehouse? I made claim with UPS 2 times, went to the store, called this store, they were so rude when I said can I file an investigation at this store and wouldn’t do it but told me I can file a claim, I called Birkenstock company many times, and it’s been a month. This store mishandled my package, I have proof of the email I sent and then the receipt I got at the end, It showed they put the wrong label on my $1,000 laptop. Current update- my laptop got sent back to the home address on the label that was put on my package (wrong label) so that means my laptop is now at someone else’s address. I’ve tried going to the leasing office of that apartment and left my number. They have not gotten back to me. There is no hope of getting my laptop back. I have not received any reimbursement, just a headache.

Worst UPS location. Customer service here is atrocious. Even though it is the most convenient store to me I actively avoid it - you should too.

I am surprised this UPS has 5 stars reviews. I wasn't greeted when I walked in or even worse, greeted back when I said hello to the girl who is rigth next to the entrance. The other female employee wasn't much better either. Hi, Hello, You are welcome, and Thank You, are magic words that make customers come back. I know that I won't come back to this UPS store.

This ups store is always busy but the staff is efficient and has always handled my problem in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable!

Amazing customer service. I was greeted when I walked in and was able to quickly drop off my package and continue on my way. The store was clean and organized.

Young woman at this location very unprofessional. Rudely informed me that I would have to pay for $6 for tape & when asked if I could use the tape already on my package she said “its on me” if the package gets damaged. Went to another UPS location in Ballston where they taped it for free!
