I can’t thank Maribel, Harris, and Leo enough. They were patient and kind and really helped me pack several awkward and heavy packages. They really went above and beyond - and even worked with the driver (thanks, Hopkins!) to retrieve and repack an item for me. Customer service at its finest and I’m so grateful-thank you!

Highly recommend this UPS Store. Fantastic customer service that goes above and beyond. I recently came by to ask for a rush print job for wedding table cards. Leo and Chris helped me, and patiently worked to get the cards just right. You are in good hands here.

I went here for a next day print job for my company and talked to Leo on the phone. He was extremely helpful and got the job done before the deadline when I came to pick it up both Leo and Chris were ready with my order. They had to hand cut Every flyer because of custom margins. They did a fantastic job, I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Amazing location with awesome staff. Leo, Chris, Adam, no matter who is working you can always expect top-notch service. I came in with a complex printing need and the team helped me get what I wanted within minutes using the awesome printers available at the location. Highly recommend for printing, shipping, notary, etc.

I’ve had to use the store many times to ship items and Jay (the owner) was always so kind and generous with his time.
Most recently, I worked with Cris to ship over 10 boxes and he was so quick calm and efficient . He made my stressful day easy and put a smile on my face.

I would not recommend shipping from this location. I dropped off a box on 1/22 with two-day shipping, and it never arrived. Dealing with UPS to figure out what happened has been a nightmare. After escalating the issue due to my persistence, we discovered that the box was checked into the Ballston UPS location, picked up by the driver, but never delivered to the Alexandria facility. UPS believes theft may be involved. Since the $100 compensation offered by UPS doesn’t cover the value of the items, I have no choice but to file a small claims case against the franchise which I'd rather not do.
