My 601-a waiver been pending since 2020, Suffered a financial Hardship in 2023 because of the asylum process affecting DACA and lost it all , relocated family to New Mexico and am stuck in California because New Mexico unfortunately does not accept DACA documents to transfer CDL . Shame on you guys .

I have been waiting over 12 months for a green card renewal, and still not received it.

Took 3 years for them to review and approve my i130.. I submitted application abril 12th 2022 and they approved on may 13th 2025.. people applying at this office should take it easy and not worry about it.. everything it’ll be fine..
