Waited outside for over ten minutes after opening time and the doors to the building were still locked. No sign posted about delayed opening and no way to call and see if anyone is inside to open the doors

It's 9:47am and the sign on the door and on Google says the hours are 9:30am-5pm and this post office is closed. Lights off and no one is home.

Terrible service. Lines an hour long because there are no employees onsite to help. Packages get lost. Closed in the middle of the week for lunch? Can’t spell “closed”?

This is my new favorite post office. I've worked with Tracey there over two trips to get a post office box. She was patient, informative, and very kind as we worked through the process. The staff here is always pleasant and, while ready to engage each customer, makes the trip quick, too.

The problem is not Tracey. It's Tracey's management. One counter clerk at lunchtime?! No stamp machine. Long line. Waited 11 minutes for 6 stamps. Smh....

Just rude workers.I'm not sure what being a postal worker has done to these people but wow. The lady there talked down to me like I was her child or a preschool kid, im an adult, you can treat me and others with respect. I'm not sure why they all have this attitude that they are better then everyone there, but it clearly shows...It's sad, I really wanted to support the post offices, especially the last few years, but the workers make it very hard to support. After my encounter I kinda understand why they need some cuts.. we could definitely distribute some of the services they provide to other agencies, like passports and money orders, let them stick with the mail and nothing else. And clearly they need some customer service training.. I work I'm hospitality, for the last 16 years, so I know the general public can be extremely difficult to deal with, but giving people an attitude first, really isn't going to help your interactions with people either.Something should be done

They don't actually offer passport photos and make no effort to tell you before you arrive for your appointment. Told me to go to CVS to get the photos, but turns out that the CVS couldn't take the photos. Why wouldn't they let me know in advance that they couldn't take photos. I am seething.

Came here a month ago to seek the best option for sending some important documents and the clerk never gave me a chance or a choice in obtaining the most efficient way to send my mail. She just slap a certified label on the envelope, charged me five dollars and toss it over her shoulder. It's a month later and my documents haven't reached the destination.

There used to be some really good workers here who were friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. I would have friendly conversation and it was very enjoyable to visit here. I haven't seen the employees I'm thinking about specifically in several months. Admittedly, I rarely go to this location any more. There are some horrendous workers here now whose attitudes absolutely just flat out suck and they seemingly get absolute joy from being complete a-holes to customers. No patience. No customer service skills, and they couldn't care less. They are rude to the customers and then talk about those customers to the one another and the other people in line. If I had to sum it up in one word, that word would be: Ratchet. On multiple occasions, I've seen over a dozen people in line here with only one register open. Other employees are there. They just don't care how long it takes to process the lines and couldn't care less how long the people in line are waiting for. I luckily don't come here very often but even to just witness employees like this who are toxic and just miserable to other customers, especially at their workplace, just makes you never want to go back. Maybe that's their mindset. They strive to make the experience so bad that people will go elsewhere. Fingers crossed for this location to get some positivity and people who can at least be pleasant to customers.
