Beware of this post office. I had a high valued item stolen by one of their mail carriers. No help given. Bad business. Federal crimes are out the window for these types of individuals with no repercussions

Opened almost 10 minutes late for a 9am opening time. Employee was still setting up her workstation while helping the first customer, and appeared confused about how to do the most basic aspects of the job. Unacceptable.

Don't call me telling me to come pick up my package then make me wait for 20 minutes to tell me you can't find it, don't have time to try and find it, and will call me me back later (again) to have me come back and grab it. Incompetent. I will have all my packages sent literally anywhere else than this garbage post office.

Had an appointment at 9am for my passport and only one employee here so she was tending to the line and couldn’t assist me. Why have appointment times when they can’t assist you? Insane. I had to leave for another appointment without being seen after 30 mins.

Would recommend paying the extra amount to use UPS/Fedex. Not worth the headache.

A really pretty old building for a post office. Also this may sound stupid and obvious but I had to ship something to a buddy in Canada and apparently USPS is way cheaper for international shipping than UPS or FedEx. Use the post office folks, or you’ll be spending $75 to ship an old video game instead of $17.

I came into the office today stressed and panicked. I came to apply for my very first passport. I wasn’t prepared at all. I thought I’d ruined it and would be deterred from applying. A young Lady named Lauren came to my rescue. She was poised calm, resourceful and reassuring. She rescheduled me for this same day to give me time to prepare and come back. I could cry. She was humorous as well, making the situation as lighthearted as possible. I was able to come back and complete process successfully without having to worry about a thing! Thanks a zillion!!!
