My favorite post office that I have ever visited! I ship pretty consistently and never have a bad experience here. The clerks are so fast and helpful, give those ladies a raise! Always well stocked and organized.

Back again. Only 1 person working again. No AC but ceiling fan. Seriously, why there is only one person working when there are more than 10 customers waiting in line? This is not the first time!!! And NO AC during summer is brutal! Not only to the customers but also the workers. Feel bad for the employees!

Fantastic USPS location with helpful and friendly staff. This location is very prompt in scanning packages and always asks if you'd like a receipt!
There is no parking available at this location and is best accessed by foot or via public transit.

I go back and forth between this USPS and the one in Pentagon City (which is good too), but the ladies here are SO friendly and SO helpful. Never experienced such high quality customer service from a post office honestly.

Everyone who works here is very friendly. They have helped me mail Christmas cards, wedding invitations, gifts, and much more, and they're always very helpful and patient. Highly recommend this post office.

Every time I come here Luz is VERY disrespectful, racist & nasty to ALL of the customers. I came in today and a man was inquiring about a text message he receipt stating his package had the wrong address & he needed to provide his credit card number. Luz spoke to that gentlemen soooooo rudely and very very nasty basically told him he was stupid for falling for a scam and to call the number back then she laughed. He left out she proceeded to speak to Arti about it with about 9 customers in line and they both laughed and the man called him stupid and they couldn’t believe he gave the scammers his credit card numbers. I know the whole situation with this gentlemen thanks to Luz as she broadcasted it to us (the customers) as the man left. That type of behavior is totally unacceptable and should not have been handled like that by someone supposedly proving customer service. I’ve been coming to this post office since June 2026 and I have never ever had a positive experience here thanks to Luz. It’s always Luz only or just one other person working & the line is out the door almost at Taco Bell (next door) at times. The employees doesn’t care about the customers and treat customers like garbage I’ve seen it for myself OVER five times. Someone need to train Luz properly because she shouldn’t been working in customer service treating people like this.

Stopped by two times at 8:30 AM, which is when it said it will open. Both times, it was closed. First time, it opened at 9 AM; 2nd time was 8:35 AM.

I can't say enough great things about Luz and Arti. I came in with my wedding invitations, and they were so helpful with figuring out the stamps and the best way to ensure my lumpy envelopes would be mailed safely. I am so grateful for their time and kindness.

Came here during normal business hours on a weekday and the service desk is randomly closed. Unfortunately there's no way to rate zero stars.
