The lady that works there is not approachabe. she’s been talking to her phone and act like I’m not infront of her! This is the only usps near by and I wish that they do better especially the hours.

Waited 20 minutes without seeing a single employee. Multiple people in line yelled asking if anyone was alive back there. Woman in front of me said it’s often like this and sometimes it’s just randomly closed during posted hours. Eventually left because unlike some people I had a job I had to get back to. I don’t expect much from the Post Office, but this was absurdly bad even by their standards.

The title for 'worst USPS' is a really competitive field but i think this one may beat the rest. No one at the front for over 10 mins. No bell or any other way of contacting the clerk. It took a customer to literally walk to the back to get the clerk to come back in (she walked in holding her hair brush and hair products). It's hard to work retail jobs but don't give everyone a bad reputation by doing this.also, THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. Why advertise opening hours when there is a better chance of walking your mail to the destination that expecting this place to be open?

Facility never opens doors on time. Customers have to stand around waiting for service while hearing employees inside talking with no sense of urgency.

Worst. Post Office. Ever. It’s open from 10:30-4 with a one-hour lunch break. Long lines. And NO STAMPS. And you need to stand in line for 10 minutes before you find out that there are no stamps. And the USPS wonders why it’s going out of business

This post office has terrible hours. Open 10:30-4:30 M-F BUT a 1hr lunch break from 1-2p.

Staff told me she can't do tracking on a regular Priority envelope because she "doesn't have enough stamps" even though the stamps are electronic. She didn't appear to know what she was doing. Also, her lunch break went about 5 minutes over; we could hear her talking on the phone in the back. People were waiting in line.

It's true they don't sell stamps. Also true thier computers are down. But also true they have been told they would close in April then June. Now it's September. It's not the employee fault they don't have stamps. It's also not the employee fault they don't have a clue when a computer system will be fixed. They do have a bell sitting on the counter for you to ring if no one is there. I'm sure it get boring standing there and no one is there. I have bed to fed ex and ups where it's common for them to not be at the counter. And if you keep going to a place even tho it's been bad at least half the time... Than it's your fault you had a bad experience. Keep hitting your head against a wall and ask why you have a head ache.

I never leave reviews, let alone bad one, but I delayed going into work for 2 hours (because they’re only open 10:30am to 4:30pm on Monday through Friday so I guess if you have a traditional 9-5, you’re out of luck) just so that I could buy some stamps. I waited at an empty counter for a while just to be told that their computer was down and so they can’t do anything until it’s back up but also they have no estimate of when it will be back up
