Submitted a photo for print online. Received email it was ready. Showed up the next day and was told “ummmm… yeah. I don’t see it and our machine is now down. Just go to another Walgreens.” Nope.

Do NOT go here if you have ADHD!I had to go two workdays without my medication because of these people. They never give you the right information, saying they have your prescription one day to saying they never had it the next, and then suggesting that other Walgreens have it when they don’t either. Tired of being treated like a criminal because I need medication. They respond to the words “I am out of medicine. What am I supposed to do?” with “tough luck.” This happens every month, but this is the first time I’ve had to go a workday without my medicine. This place has negatively impacted my career and made my mental health worse to be honest. It took me an entire day to do one report and I feel occasionally sick. I am in critical need of my medication. But this place would rather let me suffer.

This seems like the best pharmacy in the area--longest hours, convenient drive through...But don't be fooled. This pharmacy is closed constantly for all sorts of random reasons. After they filled an important prescription for my son they closed because the HVAC broke and our prescription was essentially held hostage for 2 days until I could get one in DC to transfer it (after it's filled it's harder to transfer and get insurance approval). This past weekend the drive-through was just closed inexplicably--they just paste up a sign for me and my car full of kids to come discover, whenever they are having an issue. This time it was "staffing issues" , who knows what it'll be next. I'd rather have a pharmacy with more limited offerings and hours that I can rely on than this constant confusion and disappointment, so I'll be moving my prescriptions somewhere else.

Been a customer of this store for many years with the primary reason I shop there is because it is rarely very crowded. Recently I tried to reach a pharmacist to check on a prescription which was called in by a local hospital. I had used the automated system but it indicated the prescription was not ready. I had been in an accident and needed the prescription to moderate the pain I was in. I called the pharmacy and sat in hold for 20 minutes before the system disconnected me. The next morning I called again and once again, I sat on hold for 20 minutes. I then tried to calling the manager of the pharmacy directly and again, my call was placed in hold. After 15 minutes of waiting, I tried to call the store manager. It only took 10 minutes of hold time until presumably the manager picked up. I told her the issue I was having and she told me they were understaffed. I told her that was obvious and that wasn't my issue, my issue was that I needed my prescription and to see if it could be delivered. The manager was not at all apologetic and treated me like I was dirt. She begrudgingly connected me to a live person in the pharmacy department. I received the same type if response. Nasty, unapologetic, indignant. No wonder they are so short staffed, who would want to work with such people. The folks that use to work in this store were decent and helpful. Not anymore. Stay clear of this store unless you like terrible service and like being treated like dirt.

Constantly cancels App orders. I get texts saying they were cancelled due to low stock or a 3 day window, but several times they were cancelled orders just hours after order was placed and when I went in to get the items, all were there and available. In store prices here are often higher than in the Walgreens App.

Terrible service. Incompetent staff that are not trained to manage appointments.

I'm done with Walgreens in general because of their weird hours and pharmacies in certain locations being closed on Saturdays. They are often out of stock of pretty standard medications (antibiotics). This location sucks. I transferred a prescription here and received a notification that it was out of stock and would be delayed. I tried to call to see if other locations had it but couldn't get through after waiting for 40 min. Went to local CVS up the street and they had the prescription in stock but needed Walgreens to transfer it again. Walgreens was pretty uncooperative and delayed-CVS pharmacist told me they hung up on her three times. I had to physically go in person and hound them about getting it transferred to CVS and the staff was rude.

I went to pickup pictures on 5/12 I had ordered. I was standing at the photo counter. There was no one there so I just figured I'd wait for them to ping someone or see someone to ask. All of the sudden from the counter, a cashier screams something about if I need something I need to wait in line. I clarified I just had pics to pick up and she continued to scream from across the store that I needed to get in line. I anticipated waiting in the long line after I got the pictures....I was just doing literally what anyone who has ever picked up photos does-- go to the photo table. There were no signs or anything at the photo table, I didn't say anything to anyone or make a fuss about waiting. So rude and unprompted. I obviously left and will be ordering pics from CVS. If you see this-- try a little tenderness! I was trying to follow the rules.

Walgreens just raised my pharmacy service charges on each 90 day prescription from $10 to $24 Price gouging? Adios!

Pharmacy was out of stock of antibiotic. Failed to notify me. When I arrived, I was told to come back the next day; when I asked about other locations, I was told just to go to another location. I went to the second location and it was out of stock there too--was told that the first location should have searched for a location with stock. I went back to the original location today and was told it would take two days to get. Still no call. And no apology. Find a different pharmacy.

Walgreens at 3130 Kirkwood street, Arlington, is not a good pharmacy. After several weeks of not having a 90-day, ongoing prescription filled and after I had made several online refill requests, the pharmacy failed to contact either the Dr or myself regarding the delay. I finally phoned the pharmacy and was told me that they had contacted the Dr and had not received a reply and then advised me to call the Dr. Minutes later I called the Dr and their office had only just received the refill request. Evidently, Walgreens had initially failed to contact the Dr and were dishonest in its communication with me. Walgreens has demonstrated negligence and shown me poor customer care. Future customers should be wary of using this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy drive through attendants in Arlington. When ever I pick up prescriptions I'm drilled. Today I picked up Claritin and my license was expired by one month due to Covid. DMV gave a 90 day extension that he was unaware of. I had to ask him to google it. I'll find another pharmacy. If an older person needed insulin I doubt he would have given it to her due to his ignorance.

This is our favorite go-to pharmacy. We drive to get here, even though we have two other pharmacies within walking distance The pharmacy staff is so helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked, for the times that you wait for your medications. They've always had what we've needed at reasonable prices (with Good RX).

Of all the pharmacies to shop in, I prefer Walgreens. The product selection is good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the Wilson Blvd store closed as that was closer. But I will drive the extra distance just to shop there.
