DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS!!! Worst Pharmacy ever. Rude people awful at their job!! Tried to get medication for my husband 5 hours after the hospital ordered it after his surgery. I showed up at 1:15 and was told they got the order a while ago, didn't fill it, and couldn't until all 5 of them got back from lunch sometime after 2:00. Weird way to do lunch, coupled with incompetence. When I asked the next girl if this was typical, she was just said they are too busy and was rude to me, enough to make me write this review. I don't get mad easily, but this pharmacy was the worst experience I have had in a while. Don't go to this pharmacy. They are "too busy" anyway.

They almost lost my travel meds. Their records said they had filled it, but they couldn't find it. Most of the employees stood around chatting while one temp employee from another store ran around, frantically looking for it.
More recently, they returned my prescription to stock after I had been by multiple times to pick it up. When I talked to them about it, they tried to blame the doctor's office for not sending it, although I had written confirmation.

Pharmacy staff have been incredibly rude and deliberately unhelpful on multiple occasions. There’s a new CVS opened across the street - go there, or if you absolutely have to go to Walgreens, I’d go to any one but this.

The worst pharmacy that LIES to their customers. They had me in an endless loop with hospital and I still did not get my medication. It was first that the prescriber did not include amount, then it was the NPI was not authorized, and then after I asked to transfer they said they couldn’t. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and have been through many different pharmacy staff members and to be honest I stay with this Walgreens because of the staff (even when my meds are not covered). I had one of the most amazing people I've ever encountered check me out on Monday and had to write a review! Zachary (hopefully spelled correctly) was so kind and actually made me do a double take. I stopped before I walked out and said "Thank you so much for be so pleasant" I had to come back today to pick up the rest and had to get his name to write a review. I am a nurse and I have to deal with a lot of pharmacies. With the way things are right now they are overwhelmed and usually get all the negatives from everyone. His smile and attentiveness and willingness to look into an issue for me just resonated with me and made me want to make sure he was recognized for his work. Thank you to Walgreens for the great staff (I will say that most of the time all of the staff here are super friendly). And tell Zachary to keep it up!!! He's a keeper!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve been to in over four decades. What makes it the worst is the abysmal service. The absence of communication and lack of organization amongst pharmacy staff should be something Walgreens corporate should note and fix. The retail staff members actually are very friendly, kind, and helpful; however nothing can make up for the terrible pharmacy organization and service.
I was the first in line at 2pm. The attendant couldn’t find the prescription. Once he finally did my insurance hadn’t been linked to the account so he asked that I move to the consultation room. I stayed there with my 3 kids under 5 for a good 20 minutes— trying to be patient. Meanwhile, the staff had forgotten about us. I popped my head back out to check and the lead pharmacist said “what are you doing over there?” — I guess I was never supposed to have gone to the consultation room. Meanwhile the pharmacy worker who told us to go there was nowhere to be found. By then the line had backed up and I had to wait there even with the prescription ready— for another half hour. It seems like nobody has trained these people on customer service— even the basics. Everyone at the pharmacy seems like they hate being there and it shows. I’d give this place negative 2 stars if I could. I sat in the consultation room and the area is a mess—empty vaccine vials in easy reach (not in sharps box) and it was super disorganized in general.

I cried yesterday because of the idiot pharmacist at the drive-through who gave me 1/3 medications I was prescribed and didn't tell me. I needed an antibiotic or I would have had to go to the hospital today. He didn't even inform me he only gave me one of the 3! I came straight from the doctor and all were called in at the same time so it's a bit of a joke that he didn't notice I had more powerful meds and gave me one for the side effects. He was trying to close early and by cutting corners and ended up putting my health and well-being on the line. I was trying to take the antibiotics meds in the car and realized they weren't there and started to cry because I was in so much pain. I went back to the store and they were closed. I had to frantically drive 30 min out of my way to go find another location open till 8. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable Walgreens

Took almost 2 hours to fill my prescription. They told me to come back in 30 mins. When I came back in 40 mins they said they just got the prescription and to come back in 30 mins from the doctor which was untrue bc they told me they already received it.

I've never used the pharmacy, so this review is for the store only.Convenient location, AWESOME parking, nice store, good customer service, however, my photo prints weren't great quality.

If staff actually gave a s*, would be nice. pharmacy tends to out of stock of meds. if don't have requested size, you have to wait for them to order. then they fill with multiple tubes of smaller size, and charge more for the privilege. they do not honor coupons - price charged is incorrect.
