The ATMs never have cash. I understand the branch is closed, but why is the vestibule open if you never put cash in the ATMs anymore? I'm switching banks.

Closed since Covid. Everyone must have been fired. Was rarely open before Covid. ATMs don’t even have cash in them and there’s food spilled all over the ATM lobby.

Terrible rude female feminist staff. Not to mention overweight, but terrible rude women overall that didn't help me get anything done. Walked over to the next branch and they helped me with everything with nice attitudes (customer service).

Horrible staff. Spent forty minutes waiting to be helped and then had to leave without being helped at all! They didn't even bother to ask why we were leaving! Very irresponsible.

Okay I been costumer of this bank almost 3 years! They are horrible! Service is very bad. I am trying to send money to foreign Country with wire money transfer. I was coming to this bank month and half. They don't know how to send a money, they were requesting additional information from me. Almost two months we are doing back and forward for nothing. At the end of drama I sent money for 20min with different bank. Don't go here. Don't do business here and don't leave you money to these people, they are not professionals and they don't know what they doing!

Go here if you enjoy incompetence and unprofessionalism. The banker had to call for help via phone and kept sighing and saying she was wasting her time.... more like wasting MY time as THE CUSTOMER. It's clear that the bankers have no clue what they're doing here. Ended up walking out after 1.5 hours with no progress made and will go to another branch to close my account and no longer bank with Wells Fargo. Other banking institutions have way better customer service.
