I opened an account at this branch two weeks ago. After one week, I received a call to visit the branch and submit some documents, which I did. However, the process of confirming the documents took an unexpectedly long time and at the end they couldn’t confirm it correctly. Just yesterday, I received another call and they told me I have to close my account, and they put my funds on hold. This has left me quite disappointed. Today, I went to the branch again for this matter, and I waited for a long time until they closed my account. The branch manager seems so inexperienced and unprofessional in customer service.DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH AT ALL.

I came yesterday to open an account, they made me wait 15 minutes and it ended up with not helping me, i went other 2 branches as well which are close by to me. I couldn’t find anyone to help me out (2 out of 3 branches told me that they don’t have any banker currently, the time was 2 pm on Tuesday tho). I made an appointment and got here again today. They told me that my banker did call off today and they can reschedule my appointment or i have to wait. Such an awful service and experience. ??????

We went there for opening new saving account.. paid $2 for parking meter and the teller came to us and said you can do it online! I was like I know but i have some question.. and her answer was “Sorry! We’re short staffed! and the only banker! will be with another customer in a few minutes! You can check another branches!!!”

I was unable to open a new account. There wasn’t nobody supporting customers. A lady come to me and said lack of employees caused reduction of services. She recommended to go Clarendon or Rosslyn (Rosslyn has same problem) Be sure to make an appointment

I askedToCome in to get help with Zelle. I’m legally blind and cannot see to log into the App. I stated that to the teller who was not listening. The teller is totally stupid and asks the sameQuestion am I signed in. I finally asked whatPart of meBeing blind do you not understand! Then asks me to come back another day? Why? Taking my business elsewhere.

Went in to cash in a savings bond and was in and out in probably 5 minutes! Super quick! Angel was very friendly and helpful. This location is super convenient for me, I'll definitely be returning!

The staffers at this new Wells Fargo Branch are quick at saying "no" and "I can't do that" to reasonable requests rather than coming up with a simple solution. For example, I was not allowed to take cash out of my account, to deposit into another account (some "rule" about taking cash out of a bank account! blah blah blah). Rather than simply provide me with a counter check for the withdrawal, they made me go to my office and get a personal check. I also tried to consult with a personal banker here for help on how to set up a Venmo account, which I have not been able to get to work from a desk top. He simply told me I had to do it on a phone or desktop and was of no help. Poor service. I'll only use this branch because it's close to my office, but if you have a choice, then consider another branch for better customer service.

I had account with Wells Fargo. And my Ex Angelo had account with you too. And you always charged me and him for over drafee. I had to always deposit money for him and for myself. And one thing is very unbelievable you Atm machine take 1$ bill. So generous you Weelsfargo. Now I have Capital one account, they're very nice. Customer service is nice. I got over drafee and they fixed that problem less than one week. And by mistake I downloaded YouTube app, and they gave me money back too. I think Youtube and Capital one could be a good partners.
