I work (a slightly dirty, very dangerous job) for a contractor who has a wells fargo account and would sometimes deposit customer’s checks into the company account. I used to come to this location but I was profiled by one of the clerks who looked at me (a blue collar worker after a long day) like a sub-human criminal (I never withdraw any money and its not even my account thats not how fraud works). The worst part is I was wearing my company hoodie with the name of the company on it which matched the account. Anyway she went and got her manager who also looked at me like a criminal without listening to my calm words and told me they couldn’t help me and I should leave. I am conflict avoidant and soft spoken so I just went to the Lee Hwy branch with no issues and friendly service. Now I use the columbia pike/ george mason branch.
Edited to add: I have deposited around 40-50 times at different locations this was the only one that ever treated me this way.

I just went to this branch a couple of hours ago and had a great experience. I had a question about opening an investment account and the branch manager spoke with me. She directed me to a banker, Daniel, who was very thorough and explained the procedures very well. By the time I left, I had all of the information that I needed and I left with the ability to open the account. I'm not sure why the branch has a low rating here on Google, but my experience was excellent. Keep up the good work.

I can’t believe the hassle when I walked into the branch with an AR 15 rifle slung over my shoulder. You woulda thought I was some kind of terrorist or something. I always carry my AR. It’s a free country ain’t it?

I recently opened an account with Wells Fargo and needed a blank check for an organization offering to assist me in my finances. I had explained that I am terminally ill with cancer and had closed my checking accounts. I visited this location the following day to acquire the check I needed. The teller I initially spoke with told me it was $3.00 and I deposited $20.00 for the transaction as I had not set up direct deposit yet.I was then humiliated and embarrassed by another employee who obviously misinformed me and told me I wasn't able to acquire the checks, but would have to come back later that week.As stated, I have terminal cancer and venturing out can be difficult.I've called several times but answering the phones is on par with their poor customer service

The worst bank ever, horrible unprofessional customer service and management. Most of them don't know what they are saying and give different versions and answers. Make a lot of mistakes and refuse to fix them. I am going through hell because of them and planning to close the account there. Stay away from this bank.

Unfortunately there's no place for me to write a 0 for a review. I received a check for a credit card that I closed and the check came from Wells Fargo.. I tried to deposit this check via mobile with my bank. The back of the check would not scan or process or process. With consultation from my bank I went to Wells Fargo to cash a check that was written by them . They then charge me $7.50 to cash their own check that was poorly printed so it couldn't be scanned. Nothing like still stealing money from people.. There is a very good reason why left this bank at this bank everything is a fee. If I had a way to get this money back in a legal process I definitely will take action. No wonder they are rated so poorly.

a mess. the banker I was supposed to meet with was late, pronounced the word "authenticity" incorrectly, making me think he was an idiot who wasn't fit to handle my money (authenitity???) and disappeared for half an hour halfway through. I'll be switching to chase.

Wells Fargo banking is the worst. In urban Arlington, Va the branches don't have enough staff to service customers. An endorsement check appt. is estimated to be three weeks. Imagine having to wait three weeks for a check to be endorsed and cashed. This is the worst experience in banking. You can't use COVID as an excuse anymore. Many other banks provide better service. #Navy Federal.

Too many obstacles to cash a 28 dollar parking reimbursement check. Branch not open, drive in was insisted that I drive up than walk. Even though my work van hardly could fit. Teller with a nasty attitude. Possibly might take a few dollars from my check since I don't bank here... Credit Unions make for better banking services truly..

The service manager Nick is very friendly and knows what he's doing. I recommend him and this location.

Here is why these guys at this branch needs a 5 star. From the minute I called them, there were nice, supportive and clear. My personal banker was Cesar Sandoval, this guy is pleasant to talk to, ask a ton of questions from him and he hand-holds you to go through the whole process. He sat-up my mobile application, showed my the browser part of banking, walked me to the cashier to deposited some money.I am writing this review some 5-8 days later, because everyday "write a review to wells Fargo guys" was on my To Do list, so here you go.Cheers

The lady working at the drive up window, was unprofessional very rude, as she said I can't help you she was laughing , and only helping people of the same race as her. I will never go to this location again due to her being very unprofessional, the Wells Fargo head office will be knowing about this today.
