I went Wells Fargo bank for open business account and I surprised ! It was the best bank branch I had ever seen , there is processional , kind ,honest and very polite manager Miss Maryam KohiMy banker was Mr Nauman Peerwani ,he is gentleman,and he helped me for my new business account and he helped me for Apple Pay and he spent a lot of time with meAnd finally 5 stars are not enough for them ?

This branch is no different than other local branches. Newly hired and/or poorly trained bankers who can’t open an account properly without relying on a disfuncional, shadowy “back office”. Try calling corporate WF on the phone and they’ll escalate you to a complaints department of people trained to show empathy, call the branch, get the same answers you did, and then say there’s nothing more they can do, and they don’t know who or what department “back office” refers to. This is the end of the line as far as corporate customer service. They literally get paid to listen to complaints and pretend they care. Furthermore, many local branches don’t have bankers on duty every day. You can wait days for an appointment at a branch that isn’t your closest, then get stuck doing certain transactions only with that branch because they opened your account.If you are considering any Wells Fargo branch in the DMV for a new account, run away as fast as you can from all of them!! Join a credit union!

I've had great experiences every time I go to this branch. I had several questions and I spoke with the branch manager, Nicholas DiFiore, and each time he was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

This branch is only open for drive up, which has limited services. There also appears to only be one person working, so it's very slow. Also the ATM also does not work for cardless access. Overall the functionality of this bank is limited.

Today I went to this branch for assistance with money transfer, and it was the most disappointing service I ever had. Instead of helping me with my money transfer, the person (African American lady) behind the counter started interrogating me about the previous transactions in my account, and where I got MY money in MY account from. After I answered all her superfluous questions, she said she couldn't assist me with my transfer, and asked me to come back some other day. As I was going back to my car, I got curious to why she denied me any assistance, and why she asked me all these ridiculous personal questions. So I went to the Ballston branch Wells Fargo, and asked them to help me with money transfer. And to my surprise, I was done with my transfer in approximately 5 mins. There wasn't any ridiculous questioning. I was very thankful for taking care of me in such a professional manner unlike how I was handled in the Westover branch.
