It is 10:26 am July 13th. I just called to ask if I can pick up 1k. The customer service agent said “The max to pick is 2k, but I don’t have that in my register. Ok?” Right after that, he hanged up on me. This is so unprofessional. Also what is the point of having a WU service if you DO NOT provide the service. Thanks

Went in and said they didn’t have money to do cash pickup, what kind of service is this if they are registered to do cash pickup option with western union

Western Union should be out of business. Western Union is a blood sucking entity with -10 in their slacking, non-caring customer service. Money Gram is better. Go to MONEY GRAM, don't use the crapy Western Union
