It is 10:26 am July 13th. I just called to ask if I can pick up 1k. The customer service agent said “The max to pick is 2k, but I don’t have that in my register. Ok?” Right after that, he hanged up on me. This is so unprofessional. Also what is the point of having a WU service if you DO NOT provide the service. Thanks

My least favorite giant location. Customer service is indifferent. Outdoor crew has attitudes. This is the only Giant location that I avoid.

Shout out to the bakery staff: they made our little girl's 5th bday cake dreams come true at a FRACTION of the price (see: pic). Her unicorn cupcake cake was stunning--she couldn't stop staring at it. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. And I liked it too which says a LOT lol. Giant, you are my new kid party bday dessert central. THANK YOU & keep up the excellent customer service.

This Giant deserves nothing more than two stars. When we walked in, the shelves were pretty much empty. There were no options to buy salads. None of the bags of spinach or spring mix or the premade salads. The only thing they had was a bag of unflavored coleslaw. Fruit was low too; there were no bananas. Looking around the rest of the store. Most of the snacks, like chips or cookies, had a decent amount of shelves stocked but you could tell they were also running low there.

They've done a lot of work to this store and it has changed drastically. Now it's my go to Giant Food.

The employees lack customer service. The parking lot has the angled parking, basically difficulty entering and leaving when the lot is packed. During lunch/ rush hour, they only have 1 lane open and it's typically busy, so you have to go to the self service. The self service machine will only take perfect bills! It's ridiculous! I had a bill that didn't have a wrinkle in it at all expect for a small bent edge and it would not accept it. Additionally the "fresh bakery" doesn't seem so fresh when you find molded bread!!

Just not very clean, and not much pride is taken in the front of the store. The employees who are tasked with the shopping cart and trash duty are just about always 'on a break' and the carts are everywhere. I need to move several in order to get my stroller through. The carts are filthy, especially that token baby carrier cart. Could you at least just pretend you care? Clean up!

I came into this location in order to send a Western Union payment to someone overseas. The Customer Service desk seemed pretty well organized and there were two people attending to customers. This location seems to be much smaller than other stores that I've been to in the area. I like the fact that they offer the self serve check-out registers, which makes things very convenient. The Customer Service lady who helped me was very nice and professional, and she was able to look up my information in their system with ease! The only complaint I still have about this store are the bonus card. For years I have never understood, the benefits and how can I redeem those benefits? It's not very clear, even how to update my information, like my phone number that changed years ago!

I'm not saying Giant is the best, but it is probably the most classic grocery store that I grew up with, they have most of what you need and even better they have some clearance sections with their meat and if you're ready to eat right there on the spot then take it home and grill it and you got yourself a deal!

Beware of the spinning bag holders at check out. Like Walmart, they don't check to make sure you have all your bags. Had to make a second trip because I did not realize til I got home I was missing one. I guess they count on you not coming back so they can resell the stuff and make double. Produce Dept is subpar, as the meat dept. check expiration dates on everything., even canned goods. Saving grace is that it is convenient and not long lines like the "big" Giant in Bailey's Crossroads.

I really like the service from their pharmacy staff. They are always ready to help you in any time. Their customer service is great, either in person or by the telephone. I get all my doctors prescriptions for my family and me from them. I recommend it!

I really only come here to purchase one item (Takis) for rewards for my students and they are always in stock. I don't have a rewards card because every time I try to sign up online their site freezes but with one it seems deals would be pretty good. There's a PNC in here that has great customer service in my experience. The self checkout seems to always move quickly and staff has always been nice. Parking can be hard at times as the store gets crowded . It's a smaller Giant so the selection on many things seems sparse. I'm glad this isn't the closest grocery store to me or I'd be traveling elsewhere to do my weekly shopping !

Based on my personal experience. The people working in this store would benefit from a customer service class or even a book on customer service. Or perhaps a magazine on customer service, or somebody could just say something like ... hey I'm buying good in this store which in turn pays your your salary. How about being pleasantly helpful, instead of chatting with a coworker about what time you're going to get off.
