Stopped by Windsor today (12/27/25) looking for a dress, but unfortunately did not have a great experience. The cashier repeatedly yelled throughout the store demanding that customers either put clothing items back themselves or hand them to her after trying them on. While I understand the policy, the constant yelling every few minutes made the shopping experience very unpleasant. It felt overly aggressive and disruptive, almost as if customers were being spoken to like children. I ended up leaving the store because of it.

The young Spanish girl with darkest brownish reddish hair was not friendly nor welcoming. I will definitely not shop there ever again. I tried to keep this place the second chance but do you see the way they treat people who are the customers? I will no longer shop there please get rid of them and hire new people.

Wonderful experience with the workers over at this store, they were very welcoming and helpful! They knew just exactly what I needed, Jalissa was a wonderful helper she was super sweet!

I’m at pentagon location today! The manager on duty( African American) girl was so rude because the store day it opened at 10 and I knocked on the door because it’s 10:30 by now and she tell me she not opening until 11 in a rude way. Then proceeded to keep getting rude so my mouth got rude! I will never shop here again.. signed Lakesia under my son account.

I just moved into the area not too long ago and came in this store to revamp my wardrobe as a newly 30 year old woman! I won’t lie though, walking into this store was a bit intimidating as all the clothes seemed like they were for younger adults but one of the managers Jasmin came in and saved the day. Not only did she help me find a couple of basic staples, but she even went the extra mile and helped me dress for a Nationals game (and first date!). She was so attentive and while helping me had the chance to help other customers as well as her co-workers! At times it felt like she was one of my girlfriends the way the conversation was so normal girl to girl. At the end when she was ringing me up I almost started crying because I went into this store defeated and she was able to help me find a new style that didn’t give off pretending to be younger than I am😅. Shout out to Jasmin and the wonderful team of ladies that was working that day! I will be returning for my summer wardrobe!!🧡
If anyone would need recommendations of who to see when visiting this location all of the ladies are wonderful, but Jasmin will be my go to! Not only does she dress authentically, when she was styling outfits she made sure it was unique and even added her own flair. She definitely made this my go to store when I visit now!

Management is not educated on the security Apple has placed on Apple Pay transactions, to prevent fraud and theft, by providing different card numbers for safety. Management here also assaults people. The videos are viral online for everyone to see. Do better

Jennifer is very helpful, she not olny support me with finding the best dress and getting the outfit together, she speaks Spanish which is definitely a plus for me and she embraced me with my body. Would definitely come back for affordable awesome outfits and the best help

They asked for my email claiming that it is only needed for the receipt. I asked to skip this step, but the cashier insisted on it saying that email is the only way for me to get my receipt. A couple days later I am flooded with a ton of promo emails I did not give consent for. Not the employees fault most likely, but the management has to do something about it.

I came into this store this past weekend looking for a nice dress for my daughter for an upcoming event and of course i have little to no clue what i'm doing shopping for dresses but thankfully i was given great assistance from a young lady named Jasmine and she was able to help me with everything from colors that fit my daughter to size and style. Thank you again as you've helped gain a customer moving forward.

looking through the reviews I see im not the only one who went through the bad staff. It has really nice dresses! Went shopping for my formal dress and got a cute dress and had dressing rooms unlike other stores, but the staff was so rude like they were annoyed I was even here? I came in late when the store was about to close so I thought maybe that had been the reason they were annoyed but either way, the staff didn’t wanna help me and answered as quickly as possible to move away from me, and when I was checking out the lady was visibly angry and annoyed.

Went with a friend because she wanted to look for something to wear for her birthday and the doors were locked someone was inside and she just shook her head and walked away. This was a Thursday morning between 10-11 am
