I ordered for online pick up. Gave me the wrong food order which I didn’t mind I wasn’t gonna go back for it. But I took a bite out of the taquito and it tasted very strange and then saw it had mold on it.

If I could give a negative star I would!
Just experienced the WORSE customer service in a vey long time, but as I can see from other reviews this is not new news.
I went to have my car washed today (6/4/24) and after the first failed attempt with the machine stopping I drove out of the car wash and went in to the 7-11 to let them know. There were two attendees behind the counter and the attendees with dark hair and a Spanish accent approach to assist me. We went outside and I explained to her what occurred. She ask if I would go back around the car wash and she would get another code and meet me at the entrance. After getting another code she walked to the carwash, went in to a side room, to what I expected was restart the machine since the screen at the entrance suddenly showed "out of service" for a brief moment. The attendant then insisted that my car was not straight and had me reverse my car several time until she felt I was "straight" This seemed ridiculous to me by I complied. She then entered the code and had me pull up and wait over the under carriage wash until the entire time ran out (again this seemed ridiculous, but I complied). She then instructed me to pull ahead and told me when to stop. The car wash started and appeared to be normal. My car was sprayed with water and then soap, however, when the top brush came down, it just rotated in front of my car and then it stopped. It raised up and then nothing else happened.
After waiting for 5 minutes I drove out of the car wash AGAIN and went in to the 7-11. I waited for the same attendant that assist me the first time to assist me again. However, she was rude and accused me of lying but telling her co-worker that the car wash was fine and I was just saying it wasn't working. I was issued a refund for the car wash. I will NOT be coming back to this establishment no matter how convenient.

A good place to get snacks and drinks while your getting gas for your car since in the same place as the Exxon gas station.

Came to old spanish lady is crazy n out of her mind ... shouting screaming idk, but i see all reviews they mostly about her. Please fix if there is owner or alteast teach her what customer service is!! And do her job !!!

it is just like any other gas station, but that old rude spanish lady makes it way worse than it is she is super rude to customers I do not know her name she does not have name tag in general because she does not wanna get bad reviews under her name probably :)

very unprofessional rhe guy in charge has no idea of what hes doing. doesn’t even know the ages for the products he sells. wouldn’t be surprised if they sell to underage people.

Really confused why it says theyre open 24/7, and someone was inside working/cleaning, but the doors are locked. This means they're staffed 24/7 but not open for people to purchase anything? Which seams counter productive?

I see why the reviews are so bad.Had 11 cents off per gallon of gas. The pump wouldn’t accept or ask for my rewards like every other 7-11. I went inside and asked and was told to pay at the register after scanning the app. Did this and the pump still didn’t give me my discount. The woman working had no clue, there was a male co worker there who wouldn’t even look my way when she was asking for help, didn’t speak English so she said I don’t know and I’d have to figure it out on my own.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and liars.

I will never shop at this location ever again. I encountered the most unprofessional and nasty attitude from a Spanish female clerk only for asking her a question in regards to the coffee on 4/19/2022 She was belligerent and extremely rude. Zero customer service and no respect for the customer. I will be contacting Corporate.
