Tell them your vehicle's make and model and the part you need, and they'll show you options on the screen and where to find it on the shelf. That gives me confidence I'm buying the right part, and saves me the time of figuring it out myself.

Worst auto parts shop in USA. Refuses to take a product that I did not open the package for. The reason is that there is a crack in the packaging. the staff is very rude and disrespectful to the customer. I do not recommend it to anyone. stay away from here.

I had very bad experience with this location,I got new battery from this location that battery has still 2 yrs of warranty left. On first time when I visited this place they checked the batteryand result was good, that guy asked me to get the car checked at the workshop. Workshop guys clearly told me its battery issue and its should be replaced, so again I visited this place to get the battery.These guys again checked the battery and it failed the test, even after failing the test they are not ready to place the battery and telling me, battery will be kept for charging 24hours in store and then if it fails the test they will swap the battery. I told them I can't keep the car 24hrs to their store give me loaner battery so I can drive back home they refused it?. As per them, I have to remove the battery take it to store and then they will test and based on result they will decide swap or not. Since this shop is far my home so I asked them if I can get this done near my home.When I visited the store near my home and explain the situation they immediately replaced the battery after checking. I would not recommend this store.

Came here Saturday December 3rd at around 2:10 p.m. to get some headlight restoration kit and when they rang it up it was more than what was listed. I had them fix it and then ask for the manager Greg who apologized by saying ' yes we make mistakes' but did nothing to offer me something for the time it took for them to correct the mistake. I asked him did he know what secret shoppers were. I told him the average unhappy customer tells 11 people but how many does the average singer tell? ( I'm a professional singer).. he said a lot more. I said correct..if you don't have customers, you don't have a job so ultimately the customer is the boss. He said 'well I don't agree with that.' I said 'I'll let everybody know that.' And since they have an AutoZone coming up close here I will be going there instead of to this Advance bratface manager person's place... a manager is a problem solver, not a problem starter.
