Wife and I saw Dune 2 last night at AMC Loudoun. Such a great experience!! First off the ticket checker was incredibly nice and efficient, took 10 seconds max to get into the theater. The concession employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly the best movie theater popcorn I've ever had. What really impressed me (and set it apart from the other theater at the mall) was how clean the theater and concession area was. The floors were spotless and the seats looked new and clean. Well done to all the employees there with such a nice theater and great experience!!

We got 2 tickets and one of the seats was broken.. it would be very helpful IF while booking online or at the register to be informed IF the chosen seats are broken… out of use …..one of the two we purchased was broken…eventually we sat on a different row due to the theater wasn’t full…. Also handful of your really comfy reclining seats were broken… PLEASE PLEASE install cameras in the theaters and see WHO doesn’t care about someone else’s property and sue them accordingly and pay you back…

Visited the AMC cinemas after a long gap to see a movie recently. With access to the new Ashburn Metro stop, there are more parking restrictions in place but the garage was free for 3 hours, long enough for the movie. Still not many people even for a Friday afternoon but the people living in all the flats, houses etc have a convenient place to see movies of their choice.

Seating is good. But the screens are not bright enough compared to Regal and Cinemark theatres. The lighting of the screen/projector cuts down around the corners. Its like watching a movie with no brightness and no contrast. Watching the movies on OTT at home in a 4K TV is far better than watching on these screens. Perhaps projector lumens/ansi lumens need to be improved to find a better picture quality

For a theatre that is fairly new, this location looks extremely run down. It’s clear that the staff has no interest in keeping the place clean as the lobby floor is littered with popcorn, dirty napkins and other garbage. The escalators were not working when we were there nor were any of the LCD monitors at the concession stand or throughout the building.In the theatre (#10), 2 out of our 4 recliner seats were not working and one of the dim lights on the wall adjacent to our seat was blinking in and off non stop.Likely won’t return.

It was a nice, two level theater. Friendly staff who assisted very quickly. The restrooms were somewhat unclean. Our auditorium was clean but the recliner seats were malfunctioning and would not extend all the way or did not work at all. They were not as comfy as other theater seats.

Great prices, great seats, great theater. Theater 7 was hot tonight for some reason. It was not comfortable.

They do not have any one to serve on bar and when asked Manager is busy counting cash so he can not come out and serve customers. What a joke I waited 15 minutes still no one showed up. I will escalate to management. On top of it in screen 5 the seat F7 does not recline.

How I wish I can provide negative stars!! I see a lot of other comments about bad customer service but it doesn’t seems go from bad to worse.The kid in the ticket counter is thoroughly unprofessional - doesn’t know how to talk to customers. My little child ran to the restroom without checking in at the ticket counter. I was about to call him back (I did not get in) but he had already reached the restroom. The guy at the counter asked me for tickets. I said I didn’t have one yet for which he said you cannot enter the area and you have to check in at the counter which is fine. I said sorry. But then he kept yapping abut how it is a huge security breach as if it is an immigration counter and how it is totally unacceptable , warned me not do it next time etc with a stern face. Please teach them how to handle customers.I’m a regular AMC customer. Last time I took “perks at work” coupon which offers few $ off the regular ticket price and he kept talking as if he knows everything and let me know that “new management” won’t accept these coupons and I should not show them in the future. I as a customer is least bothered about who manages it - if AMC provides the coupon they have to honor. His supervisor resolved the situation and gave me the discount. Last time I didn’t want to write a bad review as I wanted to give them benefit of doubt. But this incident is totally unacceptable and they should teach customer service 101 & empathy to this kid.

Very disappointing experience. I chose AMC over Regal for the Beyonce Renaissance film and oh my, this place needs some work. For concessions, none of the screens were working to display menu with pricing. No paper menu available either. We asked what they had available and the guy said "the usual". I don't come to movies often nor here so I don't know what "the usual" is. He also failed to ask me for my Stubs prior to me paying. After I paid, I realized I didn't get to scan my Stubs for points and he said there was no way to retroactively get my points. My mom ordered popcorn and it was filled about 80% of the bag and one of the butter dispensers weren't working.
