Consistently excellent work from this top notch independent local auto shop. They are my “go to” unless something is specific enough that I have to use a dealer. I can not recommend them highly enough. Maybe not the cheapest but they do good work that they stand by and they give good honest advice.

Unfortunately my first experience at Ashburn Auto Care was not great. Although they managed to diagnose the issue with my car and do the necessary repairs with time, poor communication and project management dampened the experience. I trusted this auto shop’s high reviews when my car broke down while I was driving through Ashburn. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the shop, I was misled to believe that the car would be diagnosed the same day. It wasn’t seen until the following Monday. Communication continued to be unhelpful and unfriendly when I tried to proactively coordinate a time to pick up the car upon completion of the repairs. I can’t say much about the quality of the repairs as it has only been a few days, but the car appears to be functioning well.
