They have Burnt 3 polo Dress shirt of my husband, and they refused to give us credit or compensate for it. Even though we were customers for long time.

Our go-to cleaners for 15 years. Their service is friendly and helpful, they are honest about fragile/stained items, and the prices are fair. We have used the alterations many times with great results, as well as the rug cleaning services.

!!!BEWARE!!! Very SHADY business. They ruined my clothes during alteration that's worth over $800 and tried blaming me for their mistakes. Then they stopped responding to my texts. I yet to hear back from the owner to rectify the issue.

Brought a dress in to get hemmed, it was just a bit too long. The lady there was so nice and hilarious. It was quick and easy, when I picked up my dress a few days later it was absolutely perfect!

Would 100% recommend! Went to get my dress altered and the lady was super friendly and sweet and professional. Very clear she knew what she was doing and she was very helpful and thorough with explaining what needed to get fixed/done. She was honest ab other options I could use instead that would be more effective than further altering and I felt like she cared about me. Definitely go here!!Service: Alterations

took a cushion cover to get some small spots out. They spilled some cleaner or some other liquid on it. They tried to blame me for the spill. I noted that she never indicated a large stain on the ticket. She still tried to make excuses that it wasn't them. To add insult to injury they charge $42 for there service.

I have been taking my clothes to this place for years. The male owner knows my phone number when I walk in. They do good alterations also. If you need your clothes fast he will do them next day if you get them in early. If they try and make you pay cash for less than $10 just tell them if you want my business ten take my card. Good people.

Sadly the quality of this place continues to drop. They are *constantly* breaking buttons on my shirts. When they replace them - they are with either (1) non-matching buttons or (2) buttons that don't fit.Shirts are still damaged, even after returning them for repair. For example, the shirt I am wearing today was sent back to be re-repaired. I just noticed that it still has the wrong sized button on the sleeve.

I used to love coming here, but things have changed. EVERY TIME I bring my shirts here almost half of them are missing buttons somewhere. Either on the collar, sleeve, or down the front. This is extremely annoying. Every morning I have to sit there and make sure that my dress shirts have all their buttons! Going back to have this fixed is also a hassle since I can't use the shirt for that week and I essentially have to make two trips to get my shirts cleaned. I'm not coming back here because this has been happening for the past month!
