I came here for the first time today and had my nails done by Tony — and wow, I’m definitely coming back from now on! He paid so much attention to detail, from the color to making sure everything was perfectly smooth. He was also super patient with me, which I really appreciated. My nails came out absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place and especially Tony!

Hard gel re fill they charge 65$. My nails were twice this length when I walked in. Asked for a shorten almond. First Lady absolutely ruined my nail shape. Had to stop her multiple times. No idea what was doing. They had someone else take over who was good but he had nothing to work with because she filed all my nails off. Took 1.5 hours in total to get this result. They gave me a 15$ discount but I’m upset I paid anything. Two stars because the second man who helped out was nice. I even called back to tell them how upset I was and that they even charge me for my manicure.

For the money i spent, i was not satisfied with my experience. I got a full set done and 4 of my nails have fallen off within a week of getting it done. I don't think the glue they use here is strong.

Please beware of this place. They DO NOT disinfect or sterilize the nail tools! I watched the man there use the same cuticle nipper on me, then used it on the woman next to me….while he was still in the process of doing my pedicure. I watched him just throw the used nail tools in his drawer and then grabbing them when needed without disinfecting between clients. He also is VERY rough and rushes. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Really great pedicure today with a proper foot and leg massage. This place has been completely remodeled - it is lovely and clean and has brand new massage chairs. This is my new spot for nails.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ashburn Spa! Lynh was my nail tech and not only did she provide top-notch customer service but was incredibly friendly and also helped me pick out a beautiful nail color. It’s under new management and the new owner, Jennifer, has done a fantastic job ensuring the salon is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and with beautifully done nails. Highly recommend!

I walked in for an appointment to get my nails done prior to a trip. Everyone from front desk to nail tech were super nice and welcoming, she also listened to all my requests. Very happy with this service and would def recommend. The only thing is I went for a poppy summery color and my nail just has what appears like two air bubbles on it. I just think these colors are used less often so that might be why. Otherwise happy with how they came out.

Lynn did a phenomenal pedi. It was so great that i did a mani too. Nee chair are fabulous as well! Salon is super clean, and everything is very calming. Drinks too!! Ill be back VERY soon!
