I have no complaints about this place, the staff members are attentive and very friendly. I don't use them often b/c as others have said, they can be on the pricey end when compared to other cleaners in the area but they are in Loudoun/cAshburn where everything is overpriced.
Can't rate their tailoring yet, will be able to in a couple of days after getting them to modify the numbers on my hockey jersey - which was pricey to have them fix.

When I first moved to the Ashburn/Leesburg area this was the first dry cleaners I went to. They are overpriced given the quality of work and compare to other cleaners in the area. Also, they made me prepay which made me question is that standard or is that because I was black. I would recommend another cleaners.

It is the first time I used this shop. It usually costs me 70$ for a service but this dry cleaning charged me 170$. Unbelievable, super expensive.

This store deserves zero star. I had a disappointing experience. The male employee is extremely unprofessional and rude. He tossed the receipt onto the counter in a dismissive manner. They run business by giving customers attitude.

They charged me $60 to get a king comforter cleaned, no stains, nothing special done to it. Dry cleaning place not even 5 minutes from there charged $23 for the same thing. Needless to say, I feel like I’ve been robbed and I will never be returning.

I brought a hand embroidered blouse (black & red thread on white fabric) that my nephew brought back for me from Uzbeckistan.
It had never been worn, but had been hanging in the closet for 25 years.
I told the lady I was not only concerned about any dye in the thread that may bleed, but also the years of dust/nicotine/whatever build-up on the shoulder line and the exposed sleeve, She shook her head and said, "No promises!"
I wanted her to go ahead anyway, since I had never worn it.
The day I went to pick it up, I literally squealed with excitement when she placed it on the rack, I lifted the plastic to look, and there was a snowy-white, brand-new looking, beautiful garment!
We both stood there looking at it, smiling and nodding, for quite a few minutes!

Beware if you need to get dry cleaning in the morning. They are always late and routinely do not open at 7am. Lost my business because of it.

If I could give a 0 I would. I'm not one to write reviews but my experience here was so horrific within minutes of being there that I have to do this. The male employee priced my 3 tops, 1 scarf and one pant and charged my tops as dresses (bc they were longer tops). He said the blanket would be $50 and I advised him that $50 was too much so I won't get that dry cleaned. For the "dresses" (actually longer tops), pant and scarf he went ahead and charged $68 on my card. I thought he had said a different number when he had first told me the total of those items so when I saw the price of $68 for those items I asked for a breakdown but instead of doing that he voided my payment without me even asking to. He then wouldn't let me keep the receipt of it being voided and threw my clothes in my face and told me "to leave and never come back". I actually had to ask him to repeat himself because I was so startled by his remark. This has to be more than a bad day and after coming on here and noticing other bad reviews I am not surprised. He had absolutely no manners and was very aggressive in how he spoke to me and threw my clothes at me just because he was upcharging me and I wasn't dumb enough to fall for it.

I like this place. I would ignore the reviews from anyone who’s only posted a handful of reviews and use this as a forum to air a complaint. Read the reviews from people who do it fairly and honestly and somewhat frequently. If you read those you’ll find this is a well run business with nice people. I’m sure like everyone they make a mistake from time to time but I come here regularly and I have zero complaints.

Every time you go there to pick-up your clothes, roll-up the plastic wrap and make sure your clothes are clean and free of odor.I picked-up my T-shirts without checking and next day morning, I wanted to wear one of them, it was like I just took it from the laundry basket!I returned all back and I complained about the existing body odor on all of them. The owner said, "Oh, you have to ask specifically about what service you want!". Then he said, my body is "smelly", that's why T-shirts are smelly. I didn't know other people sweat perfume in hot days!I went to this dry cleaner to get my clothes clean, not just getting the dirty clothe wrapped in plastic! Finally, I got them back after two weeks.Any way, I just wanted to say, if you use this business, be crystal clear with them what you want and check your items carefully, when you go to pick them up.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I have very nice shirts and jackets… many from Davelles. Tailored and expensive. Buttons are irreplaceable and this place manages ti destroy them regularly. How do they literally break them in half consistently or pull them within a couple threads of falling off. They are conveniently located but sadly quite careless and creeping prices after being with them for almost 7 years. I’m always nervous dropping off garments.

They lie about the price so they can make money. They quote me one price when I go in, then when it’s time to pick up the clothes they double the price.Very rude customer service!!!Service: Alterations
