Horrible customer experience! 4 employees at Ashburn branch. Not sure why can’t they help a customer when there are hardly any customer foot traffic. Now I understand why the bank is always empty.Went in to request one time courtesy reimbursement for dormancy fee which was a surprise as no other banks have charged before. Spoke to 3 out of all 4 employees at the branch. Was told that it is required by law (?) and none of them, including bank manager( really?), have authority to waive it. When I said that no other bank has charged it before. Then the manager said - it is upto the bank. I was told that I’ll be charged another monthly fee, which they don’t have authority to waive as well.Please AVOID this bank unless you want to pay random bank fees.

This bank could care less about customers. With all the other banks around - don’t stop here. Especially- don’t let Yvonne anywhere near your account. She works at Middleburg branch and can not take a direction from a customer or employer. Shame on Atlantic Union.
