I went to 2 different At&t stores around the area before ending at this one. Sim was THE best rep I encountered around the area. He was very patient with my dad and I, helped us with his upgrade.

Sim the sales rep is AWESOME. He took the time out to fix my issue with my business line! He was courteous, knowledgeable & he mans the entire store by himself. I recommend this location.

This place is not good they scammed me so they seat a price for the phones and then they changed it the next day and still refuses to give me my old phone I have been waiting for 6 hours

Wow did I have a great experience at the Junction Plaza AT&T store in Ashburn! The new manager Brandon Collier took so much time to help me out with a phone issue. He was professional, personable and capable! This is MY STORE from now on. Check it out - you will be so appreciative of the great service you recieve!

This store is a FRAUD store they are theives and robbers the first time they illegally added insurance on all of my phones without my authorization(Keep in mind all of my phones and bought straight from apple and they are internationally unlocked) where in I had to spend almost couple of hours in getting them cancelled. The second time he logs into my account these rougues illegally added ATT Home protection without my authorization and i had to spend couple of hours in removing it. Legal action needs to be taken on these rogues. Please stay away from this place at all means.

I had the best Sales Rep, Simranjit! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took his time with me to make sure that I got what I needed, and made sure I was aware of everything involving my transaction. He's hands down the best rep that gave me the best service. I recommend talking to him if you have any questions or concerns regarding your account!
