my computer couldn't start properly，but could start with pressing the power button.. i asked the guy to check and fix the problem.. this guy even didn't check the computer and told me the computer can start.. charged me $95 without doing anything.. very bad experience！

I'm extremely satisfied with the service these guys provided for the broken fan on my laptop. Embarrassed to admit I started in a line at Best Buy and landed here after a search for a nearby computer repair shop. They were awesome - easy transaction, done in 2 days.

I been going to Austin Tech since 2006 I don't trust anyone else. The best at fixing PC Laptops repair troubleshooting, diagnostic and recovery. If you're like me...when it's time to upgrade price is consumer friendly.

Sooo thankful for the place. My macbook stopped working. The Apple store appointments were days away. I called Austin and they were very friendly on phone and helpful. I was able to walk in and leave my computer for free. They called me that day with diagnosis and I was able to get the computer back in 2 days. They were a lifesaver. I highly recommend them!!

I took my laptop there for a drive replacement over a month ago. They promised to have it ready in 4 days . I’ve done business with them for years but repeated visits to their shop and still no laptop. I gave up and bought a new one elsewhere.

This place is amazing. On two separate occasions, Ray has fixed/upgraded my computer when I wasn’t sure it would be possible. Both times, the price was reasonable and more than fair. Also, they had a quick turn around. Highly recommended!!
