They had my taxes since February and has not even called me yet. Bad service

Very rude and unprofessional. I had made several phone calls to follow up with the tax return with no appropriate responses. This is the first time in several years, I missed my deadline to pay taxes and on top of it have to pay the fine for late filing. This company cannot get anything done.

Absolutely ridiculous. Drove 40 minutes out under the impression that they would mail out my tax returns for me, and even confirmed with them twice. I get there and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Not a huge deal, but the place is completely unprofessional.
