I am always getting locked out of my checking account, even though I have auto deposits going into my account. It tells me to contact Customer Service, and all I get is a form to fill out. Difficult to speak with a form.

Poor service online and over phone.Mobile App doesn't work ever very unreliable. The bank doesnt have enough branches so use this bank only if you live a block from there bank and would like to go every week to get done banking needs done

Bank will shut off all access to account and not pick up the phone I suspect the bank is falling and running an exit scam

I called them in advance before I go there to cash a check. They said it is fine to go there and cash the check, and get a cashiers check instead of the money. I got there and they told me they can not cash a check and give me a cashier check for it. This is the most awful bank I have ever been in touch with. When I ask why you can not give me a cashier check, they say "per policy". Then why you speak something else on the phone when it is against the policy?!

Been locked out of my account three times this year because they suspected fraud from an ATM. No notice, no phone call, no text, no email. They just wait for you to not be able to get cash and call them, but only during working hours. The customer service line isn't operating so you are stuck without cash.

Update : In response to this review and my displeasure with the way I was treated they closed our account! Truly petty. Update : You seriously can't make this stuff up. They have lost our check "in the mail" and (according to bank policy) will need 90 DAYS to issue us another! These people are the laughing stock of the banking industry.

I had a special request from the branch manager to stop an electronic funds transfer a full day before the scheduled transfer.With limited information the branch manager put forward a stop payment order and charged me $30. The next day I found out the funds were transferred and the managers efforts to stop it were a failure. I contacted the bank manager and pointed out to her that she had failed and she should refund my $30. She refused and said she would charge me $15 for her efforts.I said that was really awlful and why nickel and dime me when you didn't complete the task?WTH? I'm considering not doing business with these people.
