Went in to get my battery checked and had to deal with the rudest employee. Very disrespectful and sassy, wouldn’t talk straight. Almost convinced me the battery was a dud until the shop owner said otherwise. A couple of days later the battery charged up and was good to go. The owner Mike was very friendly, calm, patient and easy to work with. The person on the front desk - not so much. It’s a shame because I have had pretty good experiences with batteries plus otherwise.

We had a great experience with our car battery purchase and install. The staff contacted us in advance of our appt, letting us know that we could come in earlier if we'd like. When we arrived for the appt, we were immediately taken care of. The battery install was quick and efficient - 20 minutes in and out. Thank you for the great service!

Bought a single CR2016 coin battery but was charged for a bulk. 3x of what I could have bought online. Not a smart business practice.

Mike Ross advised me to check my car warranty before coming in for a battery replacement. I checked the warranty and learned that my battery was still under warranty. I appreciate the fact that he chose to be honest and share his knowledge, instead of completing the service. I thank God for people like Mike. He will definitely get my business in the future.
