I'm so grateful to have found BnB a few years back. I order plain cigars from time to time, and every single delivery has been on time (the one time an item was back-stocked, I was offered an opportunity to pick something else). I love the limited-edition drops as well.

These guys are great. I don't get the other reviews. Maybe they got unlucky but my order for Privateer 1LB bag was awesome. Had a little delay in shipping but only a day or two. And the price was very fair.
