I started my son here when he was 4. He is initially shy/quiet and was nervous at first but the Director was so accommodating and let us visit multiple times prior to him starting. They send pictures and updates throughout the day but this was particularly helpful during his first week when they showed us when he finally started eating. Now he's thriving and goes beyond what I expect of him. No surprise he loves all of his teachers. We love the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Their level of communication is also very much appreciated.

During the Fall-Winter session, my son had a wonderful experience at this place. He learned a lot and we were impressed with the teachers and staff who were caring and kind individuals. I want to specifically mention Mrs. Janet, who made a significant impact on my son. In the mornings, my son, still adjusting to being a new kid, would sometimes fuss about staying there when I dropped him off. However, with Mrs. Janet, he had no trouble and just happily stayed with her. She always made sure to give him her full attention when he walked through the door. We truly appreciate her. Best wishes to everyone at this place!

I am a father and as a concerned and involved parent, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and disregard for parental consent at this daycare. My son was enrolled without my knowledge or consent, which is completely unacceptable. This level of negligence and incompetence is not something I can overlook or tolerate.I strongly advise against entrusting your child's care to this daycare facility. They have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for parental rights. It's disheartening to think that such an important and sensitive matter as a child's education and well-being can be so casually disregarded. The whole purpose of enrolling our child in daycare was to ensure their safety, well-being, and proper communication between the facility and us as parents. Unfortunately, this daycare has failed miserably in meeting these basic expectations.I sincerely hope that my negative experience serves as a warning to other parents seeking a reliable and responsible daycare. Choose wisely and prioritize your child's safety and your own peace of mind.

I absolutely love kindercare. My child has learned so much here. He often comes home telling me all about what he learned that day. He looks forward to going to school and most times at pick up, he is not ready to leave. The staff and teachers are very attentive and kind, and they truly care about the children. I have peace of mind when my child is at school. Perfect mix of a nurturing and educational environment. Bonus -they have enrichment classes like cooking and phonics.

Bad daycare, at check in most pens are dirty and not disinfected. Many times hand sanitizers containers up front is empty. There has been times where their thermometer doesn't even work. The facility smells dirty and the infant room smells like feet. I think it is because the teachers have to take their shoes off when they step into that classroom. Parents bring their kids in here with fever and the staff doesn't do anything about it, even though the protocol is for the. To not have symptoms for at least 24 hrs. The facility is old and staff seems very overwhelmed frequently.

It's good for babies and preschoolers, however the school age care is nothing but a hot, hot mess. The school age teacher calls your kids emotional, and cannot manage the class. She lacks the right skills in classroom management. Interestingly, the emotional issues my kids had disappeared when we moved centers. The director enables all of this with disruptive calls to you during work time because they can't adequately staff the school age class with people who can handle kids. We loved the prek and younger teachers. It's just a massive problem with the school age group. Interestingly the school aged had 8 ish kids to 2 teachers but when we moved centers they had 20 kids to 2 teachers and were able to handle it with no calls home, no teachers calling kids emotional and actually getting my kids to do their work and homework. I don't need to call or talk to people about this, however if you want to be a place that continues to do well business wise, you should take a harder look at the actual skills of your employees and the root cause of this issue ( teacher lacking any skill in classroom management and a director who enables this)!

Excellent centre with an excellent staff. My daughter is thriving with the interactions that she gets while she's at the centre. Can't say anything bad can only say good. Highly recommend!

We have been a part of the Broadlands KinderCare community for more than 5 years and we love it! The staff is like family to us and we fully trust their center to help care for our children. The Center Director and Assistant Director are always available to answer questions or address concerns. The teachers work with you regularly to address the unique needs of your child and I love the information they post in the KinderCare App! During COVID, we have felt very safe and are so thankful for the measures instilled by the staff, such as their Wellness Station and revised sick policy. We cannot recommend Broadlands KinderCare more!

We absolutely love this kindercare! The staff has been so caring and for our daughter and we’ve been quite pleased with the level of communication. Been going to this location for over a year and a half and am thankful that I can leave my kiddo here and know she’s safe. Though the KC app we can see all of the artwork she’s doing throughout the week and updates from the center. Anytime we’ve had questions the director and assistant director are incredibly responsive. During Covid we’ve especially been impressed with their professionalism and diligence to ensure the safety of the children and staff. Would definitely recommend this center to everyone!

My son has been going to this day care from over an year. He recently moved from Discovery Preschool (2's) to Pre-School (3's) and I am already noticing the changes in his speech and behavior. The teachers here are wonderful and always try to give helpful feedback about my son and also welcome our feedback or concerns that they can work on. The center director is on top of communications and keep us informed always. Their transition to app for daily updates and pictures is very helpful.

Our two children have been going to KinderCare in Broadlands for almost 2 years, and we could not be happier with the service we've received.Ashley is a fantastic center director. She has consistently and repeatedly taken our concerns to heart and found ways to ensure that we have the support we need. Most recently, she hired new staff members and started a transitional kindergarten program, allowing for smaller class sizes and greater attention for individual students. When Ashley is away, Ms. Diana is filling in for her with the same level of care and concern. The teachers at KinderCare are exceptionally talented.Ms. Carla and Ms. Astrid (Twos) are quiet and caring, encouraging an interest in music, reading, and building, all while potty training their classroom of rambunctious kids. They show their caring in many ways. For example, my daughter comes home with a beautiful new hairstyle almost every day, carefully crafted by her teachers.Ms. Evelyn (Pre-School) is an incredibly warm and friendly teacher, perfect for students who are making the transition away from home and ensuring that they feel safe and loved.Ms. Naila (Pre-K) runs a very tight ship, with high expectations for her students' behavior and learning. She is especially good at curtailing poor classroom behaviors and teaching children to act responsibly.Ms. Vered (T-K) is constantly coming up with incredibly creative projects for her students. A few examples, just from the last month alone: painting like Cezanne, creating a working model of hand from string and straws, creating "snow" in a jar, and - my absolute favorite so far - filling a glove with fat and then having the kids dip their hands (one in the fat-filled glove) into a bowl of ice to feel how fat protects polar bears from cold temperatures. Really, really creative and interesting projects. And in some ways I am dreading Kindergarten, because I am skeptical our oldest will receive the same quality education when he leaves KinderCare. At KinderCare, I truly feel like the teachers and the staff are extensions of our family. they really care about us, and strive to make sure that our children are loved and cared for. I cannot recommend this daycare enough.
